WiFi is not free, need to pay. Duty Free store is very small . Food and retailed sevices expensive and poor terminal facilities. Baggagem claim to small and take a long time to get our bags. Long distance from the city of Horta and should be called Castelo Branco Airport.

To many flights to this island at same time who cause delays at departure and baggage delivery, other times without flights. Very small boarding room. Problems with baggage, food and retail services very expensive and not so good.
