Tiny arrivals hall. Overcrowded on departure with a VERY long queue snaking out of the terminal at peak times, apparent regular tech failures at check-in and very poor customer service. Departure lounge is tiny, catering and cleanliness poor. Probably the worst part of what is a beautiful island!

worst airport i have ever been to, the airoprt of kos is just terrible, no system behind the checkin, you have to take your bagage back after the check in and go to a bagage counter, not enough space to wait ect.

Average airport :/ It is too small, so there is nothing... But we flew too early, in day it is probably good, but in night it is average airport. WC was not clean, but getting into aircraft was OK. It is little bit smaller than airport in Bratislava (BTS).
