Alaska Airlines operates at Terminal A in Newark, and it?s an old small terminal with limited facilities and not that much food selection. It can get very crowded.

Arrived at airport very early and got checked in quickly and had boarding pass for onward flight printed at EWR. Not much of a departure area with limited shops and duty free. Getting on aircraft very efficient.

Terminal A is a crowded, antiquated embarrassment. Security is shoehorned into a corridor and the air conditioning was from portable units on the tarmac with giant ducts.
