My entertainment screen did not work.

The flight attendants where unable to repair.

Very inconvenient.

I was NOT allowed to go sit in another epty seat (where entertainment was operational)

The Food so bad, smeely... the Alkohol beverages are not showing on a cart, if you want so u need to asking to cabin crew

Avoid their older aircrafts as they have not been refurbished and feature a not so superior product, especially the 777-200ER and -300 where the business class seats have a very poor product, although the initial -200 was better off.
