The crew were very nice and friendly. During take off and landing, the plane was shaky and I did not feel very safe. During landing, when the plane has already landed on the runway, the pilots suddenly braked the aircraft, causing some people to slam toward the front seat.

The flight was okay. The crew were very attentive and tried the best they can to serve us. Boarding/deplaning was a little chaotic but it was fine.
