I was very disappointed by Aeroflot in this flight. I forgot my telephone in the plane and I appealed to baggage tracing in only 5 minutes after deplanning but my phone had been vanished. Only 5 minutes and your thing disappeares without any trace! How can it be?

First time not so good experience with Aeroflot. Leg room is similar with Ryanair or other budget airline + people in front of you have a generous recline.

The airline serves food and drinks for free. Some is eatable, some is not as everywhere.

Crew is good but with quite limited knowledge of English.

This particular Aeroflot destination is a black hole. Two times it was cancelled/significantly delayed for my wife. For me it was also second time. And that time, I missed connection flight at 0-55 AM. The company kindly offered me a connection flight at around 7 AM, but without hotel in Moscow. I decided to stay in Tallinn instead and lost one day

Best Airline in Russia. For long-haul flights use Aeroflot itself, not its subsidiary company Russia/FV.

In-flight entertainment on a long-haul flights is great, they have tons of movies, music, audiobooks.

Wi-fi is expensive, I think its because Aeroflot is using Sita in-flight internet. Price - 35usd for 10mb

Flight crew were superb as always on Aeroflot. They had a list of who spoke English and who spoke Russian and addressed each person around me in the right language. A very nice touch!

The leg room seems to be less than in other airlines which did make the 4 hour trip rather tight.

The entertainment system is wireless and runs through your own device so you have to remember headphones.

Aeroflot is no.1 Russian airways. We received great meal, free drinks, and plane was brand new. Unfortunately no wifi or entertainment, but on short haul flights, its acceptable.

Boarding announced well in advance, when actual boarding hasn't been started. Next announcement was about ending of boarding when according to boarding pass it shouldn't have been started yet. By that time actual boadring was just started. Since boarding was via buses once arrived to the gate I had to wait 20 min. after ending of boarding announcement. In the end, anyway take-off delayed for 1 hour.
In flight - no slippers in business class, pretty old aircraft, no single working multimedia display - all in all quite average experience.

The pilot did welcome the passengers with the words: welcome to the LEGENDARY Aeroflot.
Indeed a legendary airline, but still not as modern as it should be.
Aircraft interior of the A320 family still reminds me of the old russian times. Staff was very friendly, food was ok. I was disappointed of the alcoholic beverages selection...only one white- and one red wine as a choice, served in a paper coup. No other alcoholic drinks were offered.
Upon arrival in Frankfurt we had o wait approx 20min to disembark the aircraft. As per captains info we had to wait for the airline representative to open the aircraft door. I couldn`t belive it! Never heard about such a stupid procedure! I will definitely complain to the airline!
Considering the fact, that Aeroflot is the only airline (except cargo airlines) connecting Frankfurt with Moscow there was no other choice. And yes I would fly again with Aeroflot as there are worse airlines to fly with.

they lost my bag at the transfer, and after few days when my bag came I found out that my shoes were missing and the bag was all damaged! I was trying to claim it but no response! will never fly with airline again!

Compared to other airlines I used, Aeroflot is one of the best. At least, for direct non-stop flights. Unlike with other airlines, food is always served (not just snacks) and is very eatable while flight attendants are polite and helpful, not just pretending to be. Their English may sometime be difficult to understand (which is normal in Russia) but if you speak Russian everything will be fine.

I was sitting in the end of the air plane. So when it comes to breakfast there were no choice and I had to accept what was left but in 5 minutes later I realised the second trolley still have a second option for breakfast and flight attendant on my side just did not even tried to check with his colleagues if there anything alternative left. Their flight are safe and schedule is ok but but staff attitude is absolutely unacceptable.

Everything was fine but I think the flight attendants could smile a bit more. The girl who was showing safety techniques had such a face as if she was going to join the army and die in a war. Another thong which seemed strange to me was serving wine to everyone. I don't think a plane is the place for alcohol.

I didn't board the flight with very high expectations and they were met. The service was one thing which was horrible. No smiles, greetings, your welcome's or anything of the sort. I even pressed the call button several times because my headset wasn't working but the light was switched off from the galley and no one ever showed up to ask what was wrong. The food and IFE on the other hand were great. Many new and good movies to chose from (not so much TV shows but that was fine). The food was also quite good especially out of China (Shanghai specifically).

Used Aeroflot few times on long haul flights and on shorter flights too. Boeing 777 planes are amazing with latest entertainment system. Airbus 330 planes are brand new too but entertainment system already outdated. Seats on A330's economy class are fake leather so it's not nice on long hauls. Staff are ice cold and not very friendly. But at the same time they are very effective. English skills are so so and it's hard to understand what they say. Meals on board are always free but no alcohol service anymore. Sometimes flights are cancelled without any clear reason. When this happens their customer service is awful BUT i managed to get a refund eventually after few months. But first they let me on my own and this i never forgive. No social media customer service for foreigners (fb / twitter). Dont be scared to use this Russian airline because they do have some nice flight offers.

Too small airplane for such a long trip. There is practically no space for legs and very inconvenient seats which move forward when inclined. Aisles are blocked almost all the time of flight due to slow service by flight attendants.

Aeroflot is the best Russian airline. It is going to be one of the best European airlane with good reasons: pretty good services, great crew, very young and modern fleet.
Aeroflot take a part in SkyTeam alliance, and it is based in Sheremetyevo airport - one of the best airports in Europe.
And also Aeroflot has the best silver-blue livery and Russian flag on the tail fin, that looks fantastic especially at night!

Russia's number one airline, no doubt. Fine cabins, comfortable seats, fine food (except for some kind of obsession with steamed vegetables everywhere), rare delays, and of course super hot and nice fight attendants. Always hand out presents to kids which keeps them busy with drawing, assembling puzzles and stuff. Crew is really nice and friendly with kids.
