Air NZ interiors are getting tired and are dated compared to the competition. The crew and level of service make up for it somewhat, but when the bed is just too short and parts of the seat need to be firmly pushed back into place every now and then it does make you wonder about the rest of the plane.

Bog standard regional fare - nothing flashy. Cabin crew (one) charming and kept us well 'refereshmented', along with water/tea/coffee. If I have any criticism: the combination of the flight attendants accent, the dodgy PA and the noisy Q300 meant none of us understood a word of the safety briefing or any other announcements. It didfn't improve when we eventually got an announcement from the flight deck.

The plane was delayed by 20 minutes and not one update. Most of the crew were excellent, spoilt by a surly female who thought service was beneath her. Her crew mates helped put her right!

We've flown Air NZ, United, Internet and Cathay on this trip. They are all excellent - United has really upped its game... Air New Zealand however is just a notch above (even if their beds are too short if you're over 6 foot!)

NZ3317 flight from LHR/Sin was very good. Economy seat were good for me. Service was on high quality for economy.

WOW! Air New Zealand are such are professional, friendly and helpful airline who are extremely customer focused.
I will try and fly international again with Air New Zealand as it was a great experience.
I did not use the WIFI so I cannot comment on it.

Great crew who only wanted to help everyone they could. Shame the hot water got left on the tarmac so no hot drinks, but we were well looked after otherwise.

One person scanning boarding passes is not enough - especially when two others are standing around. One leading male crew member (male, balding, crew cut) was a complete nightmare - the epitome of a British Airways gay Nazi from 25 years ago. He needs to lose the attitude, the tension was palpable whenever he was around.

The buses formGate 26 at Sydney airport are a joke. Air New Zealand chooses to use them instead of paying for a gate and need to up their game given he fare prices they are charging

Yet again boarding was a pantomime! The flight crew were, uncharacteristically, jaded. The basic meal service was fine but you had to constantly ask for the other basics like water etc. No pre-dinner drink and only one with your meal

Usually great, but this experience was awful. They had to swap out their metal for a wet-leased former EK A340, and they handled it very poorly. The schedule was chronically late, and they offered no compensation for the lack of amenities paid for. I had to call three different people to finally get a partial credit from them.

The flight itself was plesant. Flying in a widebody is always appreciated and the crew was very professional and show great attitude towards their duty. The cabin was well-designed yet the economy seat was not very comfortable due to it's limited recline even with extra pitch of sitting in skycouch. Food was okay and taste acceptable.

My original flight was cancelled. Air New Zealand went above and beyond to re-route me to get me home and as always the service was excellent. One problem. In the lounge, there was a specific announcement for Elite, Koru etc. to board the plane now. Upon trying to board I was told back of the queue - we are only boarding Business class . A little more co-ordination would make for an A+ trip.

As always, it is a pleasure flying with Air New Zealand. Crew aboard always give you something more to make you feel special. Sadly there was no option for aboard WiFi during flying time. Still, a great experience.

Genuinely the best airline I've ever travelled with. Staff is so nice and helpful, both onboard and at the airport. Nice cabins, both on domestic and international flights. Truly a joy to fly with!

Bed is very uncomfortable , flight crew are always in your face asking questions, must be the oldest average age flight crews in the airline industry,,, all they are interested in is getting you fed and in bed so they don't have to look after you.. Never again..

Would have rated higher but ANZ had huge difficulty recognising straightforward vegetarian. Booked thru travel agent, tried to confirm this at least 3 times before flight, after first flight out when my partner got cardboard 'asian vegetarian' no eggs no dairy. On flight air hostess promised to change it for us for return flight, and get our details, then disappeared to another part of the airplane and we didn't see her until we got off. Rang ANZ several times, only way to finally fix it was to go to their office. Partly the Travel Agent's fault, but the airline wouldn't let us change the booking ourselves. Would have got much higher rating if it weren't for this.

Seat 10a has extra legroom and has a good view that is slightly blocked by the engine.
Friendly and efficient service from the attendants and the Captain even apologized for the (brief) turbulence en-route.
