The seats on the long haul planes are not great 2/5. they are very hard to recline. Great IFE Though #tetrisisamazing

Boarding was a breeze. Gate agent was awesome... FA was adorable! Only got cups of water... but short flight.

the seats on American Airlines are bad. when making your seat recline, it is very hard and very hard to sleep on their Dreamliner. The flight crew that I had where very friendly and very nice and kind. the food was good except the breakfast, it was not that good and not at all kid friendly

Despite the relation AA gets for the delays and all that the first class is amazing. Food was good but not great and service was above great for American.

Decent experience between MIA-HAV. Boarding was straight forward, cabin was clean and seating comfy for the short flight. Drink and bland snack served during fight.

American doesn't seem to understand the concept of customer service. Although I'm Executive Platinum and live in Dallas I will be leaving American next year after one too many bad experiences.

I just continue to have horrible experiences with American in so many different ways. The new fun this time was that the flight was delayed 2.5 hours (for no clear reason - there were now weather issues anywhere on the plane's itinerary), the food was the worst plane food I've ever had, and they destroyed my luggage! I think I'd gladly pay at least $50 more to not fly American in the future.
