Great flight as usual with EZY. was slightly delayed due to our aircraft arriving late however the friendly crew kept us informed about our progress the whole way. We touched down 18 minutes late.

Had a battle with gate staff at airport over checking in hand luggage that did fit the size frame. It contained a lot of photo gear and lithium batteries that aren?t allowed in the hold. Manage to argue out of ?60 charge to check in bag and finally got it in cabin but last on aircraft and very limited locker space available even though I was initially at front of queue and had paid for Speedyboarding.

Quite a good flight for a budget airline, albeit with a 30 minute delay due to a faulty door sensor. The Captain certainly made time up landing at the designated time.

as always when I fly with easyJet, very nice and friendly cabin crew and a nice pair of pilots on the flight deck keeping us updated regularly. Bit of a hard landing but nice and quick taxi to the gate.

As always, very nice and helpful cabin crew, Very good captain keeping us regularly informed and executing a smooth as normal landing. Nice (but a bit expensive) refreshments and friendly, down to earth employees from the ground to the air.

Only option of 2 items of food when they hadn?t even gotten half way down the plane! + poor safety check, leaving procedures for takeoff and landing. Made up good hospitality and adaption and arrival much earlier. Especially on a delay

AN ABORTED landing at Ibiza airport would have been more acceptable of the captain had com eon quicker and explained what happened, his sotr was he had a warning light .. from the window seats it looked like we were about to go swimming in the sea !!! then he announces a 2nd ATTEMPT would be made in 7 minutes ... ATTEMPT !! ??? terrible

sadly left in the walkway for far to long, there were quite a few disabled flyers having to be boarded, which made it even longer, it was hot and very uncomfortable especially with back problems standing in the boarding tube not good at all

EasyJet are bloody annoying. We were on a 3 hour early morning flight from Gatwick to Cantonia on 1st October and tried to get some sleep after being in the terminal since 5AM - throughout the whle flight the 2 flight attendants at the rear were joking ang giggling and being very loud and they were talking about absolutely superficial rubbish the whole time. Then every 10 minutes they were making announcements on a REALLY LOUD tannoy which was bloody annoying too. Then when we wanted to buy some drinks and food they told us they didn't accept revolut mastercards (Don't know why as Revolut are a TIER 1 bank nowawadays) I will be Flying British Airways from here on in as at least they respect it when people want to sleep. I am going to campaing that early morning flights should be QUIET FLIGHTS without Easyjet trying to earn money out of the passengers every 20 mintues - shitty airline - never ever again!

Never had a problem with easyjet in the past, but latest flight from prague was awful, delayed and the amount of delay kept changing...landed in UK 2 hours late. also old A319's very uncomfortable. I know its a budget airline, but certainly disappointing and not value for money.

I prefer EasyJet to Ryanair any day of the week.

Don't get me wrong, both will quite happily relieve you of the contents of your wallet, but EasyJet do it in a much better way, with much better service.

On short routes in Europe I never had problems with Easyjet. Just the boarding procedure in Amsterdam and Basel was not very nice (no seats)

Over the years I have had several flights with Easyjet that have been delayed - however these have never been more than a mild inconvenience, at least for me. I wouldn't call Easyjet the best airline going, but for the price they're very good and I have already booked for my next holiday with them.

easyJet have improved alot over the last few years and I think it's only a matter of time before they can be considered on par with someone like BA in terms of short haul service (as they are very similar), staff were very nice and I had very suitable legroom, the 6 foot 1 man next to me said he was comfortable too. The only real thing I would improve is perhaps having a screen at the front middle and back to show a live map of positioning, as we didn't have much of an idea, and also on board WiFi, which is in the talk of coming soon!

Very bad experience. When I boarding, asked to check-in my cabin case. It is a new one I just bought 2 days ago and when I collected it, I found its surface is in a bad condition. FUCK! I won't choose Easyjet anymore. A TOTALLY NEW RIMOWA 20 cabin case!!!

Very friendly and engaged crews on all (domestic) flights I had so far with easyJet. Crews deal great with unexpected delays such as missed slots or (due to weather) suspended airports. Boarding (as with all current airlines) could be improved by asking people to board in groups ordered by position from outer (window) to inner seats (aisle). If you checked in your large bag to cargo hold, expect to be asked to stow your smaller luggage under the front seat. Seat rows on A319 flights are usually very tightly spaced: Above-average size people end up with their knees either tucked between front seats or poking into front seats, which becomes very noticeable for those sitting in front.

Delayed (as with every time you go anywhere on EasyJet) - Apparently they flew a new plane in because the previous one had technical issues, and I do appreciate this as opposed to cancelling the flight (which they have also done in the past).

Depart on time, arrived 20mins earlier, they have BrewDog beer on board. Crew were still smiling and having fun despite their 5th flight of the day. Can't complain, really.

Low cost airline, cheap, but don't expect complimentary food, entertainment or wifi. Seat pitch was under average. Uses terminal 2 on Malpensa, which is far from T1 with railway station, so you need to use bus service.
