Their long-haul product is way nicer than the European one, but they still crowd the planes a lot. It could have done with 1 or 2 cms more of space per seat.

A very pleasant flight with very friendly cabin crew. There was food and drink for purchase, but it was a short flight, so it wasn't necessary. I was surprised to find free wifi with entertainment streaming, but it wasn't working for half the flight

First time flying Iberia - boarding was quick and pretty seamless. Flight crew was basically just there to do their job. Had to buy anything you wanted for snacks/drinks. Seat had no more than 10-12 of leg room, and the cabin was scorching hot! I guess to be Iberia they wanted to bring the Madrid weather with us in the plane!

ATTENTION: This was an Iberia Express flight. Iberia Express offers the worst leg room that I know of and I am a frequent flyer. Horrible lack of space. Ryanair and Easyjet are a cure compared to the audacity of Iberia Express.

The crew on all Iberia flight I take ist not helpful, rude sometimes and does not make any effort for passengers. They hardly ever smile.I was extremely dissapointed in their service, as well as food and beverage choice on long-haul. Short haul is even worse. A low cost, at best.

The bassinets for babies are way too small, an extra 15 centimeters long would make it more comfortable for children, and around 10 centimeters higher so parent can actually take advantage of the entertainment system, the screen gets stuck with the bassinet make it impossible to use.

Las cunas son demasiado pequenas, 15cm extra de largo podria hacer que fuera mas confortable para los bebes. La altura de las cunas es muy bajo y se hace imposible para los padres disfrutar del sistema de entretenimiento, ya que la pantalla queda atascada con la cuna. Deberia estar dispuesta uno 10 centimetros mas arriba y no habria problemas.

IBERIA EXPRESS is the worst aircompany in SPAIN. Poor space between seats. The first row, 4, is the smallest cos the wall between BC and EC takes half of the space and the curtain is 20 cm from the face of the passenger.

Dear Iberia. In case I want to fly without any comfort and pay for everything I can chose Ryanair for much less. Thus, if you want to be the next to go bankrupt, go ahead. I'm 180cm, but have problems to sit without broken knees after 2.5 h flight. Where is the problem to charge +5? for a flight and serve a snack + soft drinks?
Look at Eurowings how it can work.
Next time on my way to Madrid I'll chose another airline.
+ I can understand, to ask people to check in bags, because the A320 is full, but to force them in an unfriendly way, is nothing passengers want to face!

Iberia is rolling out Premium Economy - Turista Premium, as they call it - in their whole long haul fleet. It's a significant step upwards from Economy in terms of service and also space. The seat is comfortable, the leg room generous and the service good. While I would never fly Economy I can easily live with Premium Economy, especially on daytime flights. Recommended.

I visited the Lounge in MAD and went back at approx. 10:30 PM and boarding schuld start at 11:40 pm. I arrived at the gate 3 minutes prior to scheduled boarding and it already said Last Call. I never heard an announcement.

This flight operated by Air Nostrum, it was late both arriving and leaving, no explanations, at gates that are at the extreme end of terminal. We missed connecting flights due to their mismanagement. If you are have a connection in Madrid you have to allow 2 hrs transit minimum

They allocate passengers in groups (not even depending on the seats row) and they decide which group's luggages will be taken to check in instead of hand luggage. You can get in trouble if you ask to have it hand luggage or at least to wait until the end to see if there is any space left (it happened to a man who didn't want to check it in and they even called the police. VERY BAD CLIENT MANAGEMENT) They even came inside the plane asking that whichever video that was made for the circumstance had to be erased. This is a jungle.

Be warned from the legromm, which is so small it's nearly impossible to sit there normally. (although I think my legs are not the longest :-)

IBERIA always manage to mess up my seat, I books an aisle and get a middle. There system had available Aisle seats but could not allocate. As a flag carrier they are second rate at best, not something that should really be associated with BA

Avoid. Unreliable baggage policies, no food/drinks (and it's not a lowcost), unfriendly staff. There was some minor issue almost every time I flew, but the best was sending me to another airport without arranging transport to my original airport.

The crew was wonderful and friendly. The plane was clean and the service was great. My only complaint is that there weren't any electrical outlets/USB ports. I flew in economy but still have this as a standard even in domestic US flights.

FLight operated by BA. Appalling business class product in Europe. After travelling for 24 hours with CX to transfer to the A320 for the final 2 hours was painful. No recline, no anything. Crew were rude and complaining about us because we weren't interacting with them or eating...we were exhausted after travelling for 24 hours and having to endure this torture at the end was not a pleasant experience.

The in-flight entertainment screens are not very functional. It's hard to adjust volume, scrool og forward/reward on the screens. It's sometimes difficult to understand the English spoken by the crew.

Terrible flight with old fashioned A340-300 in 1990's style. Very uncomfortable original seats. No personal IFE (just one common video screen every 8-10 rows). Audio system didn't work. Modest food, mostly because of terrible Panama catering. Flight crew absent or unresponsive.

Iberia doesn't offer any kind of free service onboard its EU flight. Neither water. Buy from their menu list and estimate approx 10? for a decent snack and drink. Professional crew. Old fashioned plane but in good interior conditions and with TV common screens with safety demonstration and videos.
