Unlike many other carriers who extended expiring miles LH continues to burn it - where and how am I supposed to travel when countries are closed, fleet is grounded and covid-19 is all around? Do you expect loyal customers after this all finishes? Fat chance!

operated by sunexpress germany in full charter for a german tour operator. Due to the long- haul aircraft, the 4,5 h flight was very comfortable. Very good service including free drinks and a meal, which was very tasty. Perfectly on time!

Although on the web checkin I had choose the 10F seat, when I dropped off my checked luggage, the counter lady printed a new boarding pass putting me on a different seat, 11F, which was on an emergency row.

Operated by Eurowings A330 long-haul aircraft in full charter for a tour operator. Great service including free drinks and a warm meal. Due to the widebody aircraft, the flight was quite comfortable and 20 minutes ahead of schedule. That was a great flight!

25 minutus for checking in (followed by 30 minutes at the security check) ans a chaotic boarding procedure. Really bad for Lufthansa! The boarding took more than 40 minutes! Instead of boarding in groups related to the row, there are too many priority-groups blocking the aisle while boarding.

This Summer I flew with Lufthansa?s 5 Star ratet business Class. It?s definitely 5 Star Service, 5 Star Crew and 5 Star Meals but they really have to upgrade their Business Class Product. As I travel with my family the 2-2-2 layout was not a problem but as a single person I would be really annoyed with the big lag of privacy. I really look forward to the new business class in their upcoming 777x

[Economy] The Economy seats in the LH A380 are quite uncomfortable. The crew is nice [as normal]. You get some metal cutlery for dinner but only plastic ones for breakfast. I made some special meal wishes in advance. This worked out very well. The meal had the same standard as the regular meals. It was OK.

I intended to use my tablet for work during the flight. Therefore I purchased ONBOARD WIFI the das before my travel.
Although ist was a very new aircraft they didnt offen WIFI on board. Cabin attendant was totally uninterrested on this issue and was no help at all.
Fortuneately Tmobile was Kind and reimbursed the paid Money to my CC

For a taller man the economy seats are uncomfortble, there is not enough legroom for long haul flight. Food is also forgetable, and the flight crew completely disappeared around half way, and no drink was offered, except if I went to the kitchen to get one for myself. Before the last service, they realized and served some drink... Where is the five star service at Lufthansa?

Our flight was delayed which caused us to miss our connecting flight.
We were delayed at the gate before departure and many people complained that they would miss their flight, but the crew couldn't inform us about anything. Once arrived at Frankfurt, Lufthansa gave out vouchers for a night at a nearby hotel. Getting those vouchers was tricky though because everyone was pointing in different directions.
Eventually we made it to our final destination but with a severe delay (which ruined some of our plans).
It seems as if Lufthansa can't figure out how connections work since there were dozens of people waiting to get rebooked at the airport. I really think that Lufthansa should rethink the amount of time they give people between their connecting flights.

Kyiv to Frankfurt. A very nice and smooth flight. The crew were AMAZING. Serving drinks and food to passengers who were in the lavatory during the service. The Flynet wifi worked well, but didn't have a lot to offer. Overall a above average flight.

This 'euro-business class' concept is a joke, I don't see much difference from having booked an economy seat, and having saved around 300 dollar. Long range business class may be worth it but any euro business is a joke, don't waste your money

the CRJ900 are so narrow and LH force passengers to leave hand luggage at door. Upon arrival at destination, not all airports know how to handle and we have to wait 15mn in plane for hand-luggage to be taken out of cargo hold. All in all, we prefer the A220 or A320 !
