Great airline. Will have to fly them more when we are back in country. We were up front but worth every extra dollar for service, food, space and upfront queuing.

No menu for my flight, IFE was very poor with not much to watch. Wifi worked and was reasonably fast and some crew were not polite

The qantas layout of 380's is one of the poorest in Business and I have extensive experience with Emirates, QATAR, Singapore etc. Screens are small and quality poor, seem to be less toilets so always waiting, no privacy, have to climb over people or have people climb over you.

Delayed 30 minutes, but onboard experience was good.

The new seats are way better than the old seats I took on the previous flight. Managed to sleep even with babies crying around me.

Also nice to have pizzas served after lunch.

Economy class legroom on their B737-800 aircraft perhaps worst ever experienced on any legacy airline. Extremely uncomfortable seats. Otherwise quite good in overall, but seats ruined whole experience. Good IFE system, mood lightning, headphones, free hot meal and drinks. Cabin crew attentive and friendly.

Seat pitch is quite small. Also on a full service airlines customer should be able to pick up the seat without any cost. Also as a travelI bought one way ticket from CHC-BKK and I got charged extra for paying by credit card. It doesn't make any sense that the airline charged extra for this, how else could I pay? The airline left me no choices. Services are great, crews were professional and friendly.

The whole flight was excelent, but sadly, the experience got ruined when a left a personal item on board, and even though I claimed it just after I deplanned, it wasn't found.

This is the third time that I took Qantas airways. This flight I have taken in three years ago. The flight crew is nice and hospitable. The captain is especiallly good for helping customers to finish their own flight reports, also give lots of information. However, the breakfast has become worse which served egg and sausages in three years ago.

Qantas is the real deal. Excellent service, excellent quality, and an overall great experience. Their lounges can be quite busy and loud, perhaps because anyone with Gold status or better gets in for free. But the amenities in the lounges are very good. The crew are sharp and attentive with a distinct professionalism about them.

Excellent airline. Even on the old gracious Queen of the Skies, it still feels very modern and expensive. The Skybed, whilst an outdated design is still very comfortable and has aged well. The service and food was some of the best in the sky and was well worth the price.

Checking into First/Platinum is a nightmare, took 25 minutes and the check in is very badly signposted.

Flight badly delayed due to late arrival from Shanghai,,,this seems to happen all the time causing people to miss connections in BKK

As always, Qantas is top notch. Nothing overly flash or fancy, but solid, and they practice good customer service. You pay for that in the fares, but it's worth it.

It was my first time flying on QF. I flew on their A330-300 with the latest hard product from Singapore to Sydney in economy. Check-in in Singapore was quick and very efficient. Because of Oneworld status I had access to the Business Club Lounge. The lounge in Singapore was better than a most business class lounge. However, I did not find the QF lounges in Sydney and Melbourne for example to be as good and enjoyable as the one in Singapore. The boarding process was somewhat unorganised, but efficient. The crew was friendly, attentive, and always smiling. There was a good, fluffy pillow and a blanket waiting at the seat. There were toothbrushes, eye-masks and earplugs available on request. The food on the flight was surprisingly good for being airlines food. Qantas on their A330-300 offers an abundant amount of legroom, more than most airlines. Even when compared to Singapore Airlines and British Airways, Qantas offers way more legroom in Economy. For reference I am 186cm. The in-flight entertainment had an excellent variety of movies, tv-shows, music etc. and made the flight flyby. All in all Qantas is a great airline and I would not hesitate to recommend it. (Most of the statements also apply to their A330-200 and A380-800)

Once again our flight was late boarding and getting away. When you have had a long hard few days away from your family you just want to get home, and delays are really annoying. To make matters worse Qantas didn't say a word why the flight was delayed or even apologised.

Denied access to the Qantas lounge because we were travelling as a family of 3. We could have paid 250RMB to allow my 16yo daughter entry to the lounge. However, from past experience with the lounge in Shanghai Pudong, the bowl of instant noodles and slightly more comfy seat is not worth 250RMB.

We have never had this problem before when travelling as a family - our daughter has been welcomed in the lounge when we've been travelling as a family.

However, the policies as implemented in Shanghai have, on hopefully just this occasion, resulted in a your family are not welcome here position from the Qantas lounge staff. This, despite my Gold level status *and* paid club membership.
So much for loyalty programs.

Finally a business class upgrade came through. I had a comfortable spacious seat with good entertainmnt system and good food.
My only two minor issues were that the in seat power system does not have enough power to run my laptop (its a big 240 Watt) and the privacy screen was not adjustable, so I was not able to interact with my travel partner.
Apart from those two minor (to me) issues, this flight was pretty much how air travel *should be*.

As a second from the top frequent flyer with Qantas, I would have thought I would get allocated better seating on Jeststar.
Aparantly loyalty to Qantas gets you a Muffin, bottle of water and a paper towel on Jeststar, along with seats with insufficient leg room and despite the fact that there are middle seats free elsewhere, always seated in a full row.

This plane had several minor maintenance problems that made the flight less enjoyable. The food was not up to Qantas's usual Business Class standard and the service from the staff on the upper deck was one of the poorer performances by their inflight crew.

After flying RTW with Oneworld partners FINNAIR and American, boarding QF16 back to BNE great. It is obvious that QF know their business flying long haul to and from Australia, but it was honestly the best flying experience we have had on this trip.

As always an excellent flight . Love Launceston airport , security could do with a second line but at least when you go through security here in Launceston , you don't get Raped like you do in Melbourne or Sydney for that matter . Airport at Launceston is what every airport should be ! 10/10

Once a great airline, but the cost cutting has gone too far. For two consecutive flights, I have been dissatisfied with the service and I couldn't get off this one quickly enough. It was hot and uncomfortable, and I would have got better value on a low cost Chinese carrier considering what I paid for the fare. Looking elsewhere for my next international flights.

Quantas is recommendable for domestic Australian flights. In international flights it is not outstanding and can in terms of services and entertainment-systems not compete with the high-rated OneWorld or StarAlliance airlines.

Qantas needs to improve its in flight catering. It is a sad reflection on Qantas that to make a profit it has decreased the quality of its inflight meal / catering. The catering that was offered on this flight was high carb, high fat, snack food. Qantas --- get your passenger focus back to where it was.

Brilliant crew, mature team, so much better than being served by teenagers!

They gave a hot snack on a two hour domestic flight in economy. Crew were cheerful and pleasant. Liked the entertainment app, downloaded to my tablet, which automatically offered to resume the movie I'd been watching on my previous flight. I'd fly Qantas again.

Auckland QANTAS Checkin Agents were rude, not attentive and had no interest in the passengers. The plane was a dirty old cattle truck, seats didnt look like they had been cleaned since the 90's. I remember why I dont fly QANTAS now... Lift your game.
