Not sure how airlines like Air NZ bagged the Airline of the Year 2020... In my opinion Singapore Airlines remains the BEST AIRLINE ever by a huge margin compared to its competitors - no one else even comes close let alone better it!

The most attentive crew I have ever flown with. Their Premium economy and rivals some carriers business class products. I had an issue with my inflight entertainment being laggy and desynching audio and video when playing movies which made them unwatchable.

Great afternoon flight with Singapore Airlines towards Singapore.

It was not a fully loaded flight so I got plenty of room to get myself comfort. I was sitting in 43K so in the front part of economy class. So good to depart as quick as possible as I hope to explore the Jewel Changi Airport as soon as possible.

The boarding gate was in Gate 6 (specialized for Singapore Airlines as the KrisLounge was in nearby). The gate isn't too far from the security, with an uneventful boarding process.

For meals selection, chicken or beef meals could choose. I've choose the beef with mash potato which was pretty nice.

Service was great, especially for the hot towels.

Singapore Airlines has the best economy class of any airline I?ve ever flown with. Huge screen with many movies and series to chose between.

Flight attendants were friendly and helpful and the in flight meal was quite good for being economy class. Definitely an airline I?m flying with again. 5/5

The best airline, tied perhaps with Emirates, but the top of the airlines, staff amazing, they take friendliness and professionalism to the next level, food is incredible, and service is second to none. Always have trouble with their seats not working and an unhelpful cabin crew that have more 'attitude' than a helpful service orientation. I find Singapore Airlines' famous reputation to be all fluff and no substance.

Delayed by ATC for 30 minutes due to congestion. Finally pushed back only for the APU to fail and we needed to return to the gate. Sat in plane with no air conditioning, no entertainment system and one glass of water for 2.5 hours. Captain kept us updated with progress of repairs and the engineers to their credit managed to fix the problem. The delay caused us to arrive in Haneda just on midnight. To Singapore Airlines credit they did provide a taxi voucher for ?10,000 for each passenger to get us to our final destination. That is why I gave them a four star rating.

I had seat 52H to me was good. Good leg room, I'm 1.69cm. My secret I used a memory foam cushion to seat on, made the trip even nicer. No bum or back ach. Food was good, service was excellent. The 12 hour trip went quick.

My first ever flight with Singapore Airlines. Unfortunately dissapointment. Newest Dreamliner fitted with newest business class seat. This seat is cramped and uncomfortable. Only inflight entertainment was great. All the rest was at maximum just average. Boarding was a mess - only one jet bridge for all class service passengers. Food below expectations. Some of flight crew were very friendly and professional. The rest was rather bored with their work.
Will use again only when schedule and price will be good.

My experience with SIA was ok, but nothing special. I flew on their Boeing 787-10 from KUL-SIN. The whole type is brand new. However, the plane already showed wear and tear. The seats where a bit narrow and the legroom was cramped and tight, even on a flight that was just 1 hour long. The only thing that was served on the flight only juice and water was served, not even peanuts. All in all, Singapore Airlines is a good carrier and my experience was good, but they are not the best by far.

This airframe has obviously not long since been through an internal refurb with the latest SQ IFE which was very good. Everything else was to the usual high SQ standard although the hot meals were not very hot!

Great airline. Top notch hospitality, great in-flight entertainment and virtually no crowds on the way to the plane. They even gave out ice cream!
One more thing is those safety videos that are boring to watch. Singapore Airlines makes it bearable with Singapore highlights mixed in with demonstrations.

This A380 is showing signs of age. One bathroom broken within first 45 mins and just tired.

Food out of Singapore much better than out of Brisbane. Fast boarding and deplaning which is always great.

Good and friendly service as expected. IFE didnt sit well with me, really struggled to find something i wanted to watch / listen to.

I flew Singapore - Copenhagen on a Boeing 777-200ER back in January, and I have to say, compared to my other flights with Singapore Airlines, this one was a bit on the bad side. Interior of the plane was old and I couldn't lower my seat as it was jammed. All my other flights with Singapore Airlines have been fantastic though so I would definitely still recommend them.
