Boarding was efficient, the airport was a bit of a busy mess, as soon as we reached the gate people were boarding the bus.

Crew was unremarkable but friendly.

The food was exceptional but I didn't have much of an appetite on a red-eye!

TC-JFU has no seatback IFE, only drop down screens hence the 1 star.

No wifi onboard.

We flew BC LGW to IST. We were processed at the Gate then had to stand in the air bridge as the plane wasn?t ready - very strange.

Brunch was an unusual mix but worked well and was much enjoyed. The FAs were excellent and this was a splendid journey

The flight was delayed almost 3 hours because of a Technical Problem. We were left at the airplane all the time, without air conditioning. They did give us some water tho.

On the flight to Islamabad , the staff were quite rude

My brother had asthma and wanted a glass of warter , when we asked the crew member said wait two mins and walked off and never came back

This caused arguments between the crew and passengers , since they were very rude

The food was ok

The toilets were spaced and good

Turkish offers a very high level of service on business class. Some of their short/medium-haul narrowbody aircrafts are equipped with reclining chairs instead of selling economy seats with the middle seat blocked as business class (like all major Western European carriers).

I booked window seat in advance and when I collected boarding pass at the check in desk, I was unhappy when I found that I was moved from window seat (my preferred seat) to aisle seat which I hate most and no-one told me about it! So I wasn't happy at all!

Turns out there is actually FREE window seat few rows ahead despite being told that all windows seat are booked after they moved me out of it!!! So I moved to it and and now half-happy!

My first experience with Turkish Airlines and they let me down!

I am very satisfied with THIS flight.

Fantastic crew and they even gave me an extra meal (as of the food in Turkish AL is fantastic, I asked for one more).

The TK A321's are now powered with new screens with great entertaiment so that you don't have to stare at your watch waiting till you arrive.

The business Class seats looked like crap. The cabin looked very dated, the seats hat broken trim, not only on my seat, but all the seats visible from my seat. There was an empty water bottle from the previous flight in my seats stowage area. The tray table wasn't level but was tilted forward. On one stowage compartment door near the galley there was a decal reminding the crew not to smoke during preparation of food... this should give an indication of when the last cabin refurbishment took place.
I was pretty disappointed by the Service. It was a short flight (2:45) but not a single dedicated beverage service was done. They asked fur drinks with the meal service of course and went through the cabin with a coffee cart once, but otherwise you had to call them to get a glass of water. It's not like the cabin crew was busy, they were actually sitting in the galley chatting half of the flight. Not what I would expect from a business class ride.

Nice, welcoming crew , who spoke excellent English, made our flight in the business class cabin absolutely perfect. A delicious meal, with generous drinks, was served at just the right pace. Flight arrived punctually and a small bus was waiting at the remote stand to whisk us away to the arrivals terminal.
