We were in terminal 1. Not very large one, with limited number of stores and restaurants.
The price level was on international level - way above the regular prices in Turkey. Paid WiFi access.

Airport with very poor service: there is no free wi-fi in public areas, passport control is very slow, priority is not given to families with infants in controlling passports, the waiting time for baggage claim is unacceptably high.

Jetway arrival meant the transfer from the flight to the airport was easy and quick. Terminal appeared clean and well maintained. However, immigration waiting times where rather long. Baggage reclaim was very efficient.

The check-in works fast and staff is very kind. But there are not too many shops and no free WiFi. We had 7 hours of delay and none of the staff had shown up to help us...

Pretty nice airport. Only very little retailling before security check. Behind a lot though. A lot of space in front of the Terminal which is very comfortable.
No free wifi

Very bad Airport, They only Talk Russian, Turkish and German close to never talk English, The Baggage comes around 1 Hour after Landed (30 Mins with Waiting at Customs) The people who works on the Cafes at the Check-In Kicks you out from theire Seats (if you have bought from the other Cafe) The Security is long and they barrially open other and also with the Passport Customs at Departure which makes a big line, The rest is okay but the airport is Terrible,
FIX THIS ANTALYA HAVALiMANI!

I was on this airport 10 times. But this airport is so bad. Wihout free wifi connection. When we land, this aiport have about 10 conveyor belt to select Storage, but they have 7 free and they giving all flights to one.

Place for passport control was awful. From high heat and without oxygen could be die before reaching any passport control. There was no air conditioner in that place. And at the place was the luggage is issued, there were miracles of focus. First, the monitor wrote that the luggage of our flight is late for 5 minutes. And then the number of our flight disappeared completely from the monitor. But despite this, after a while our luggage appeared on this site.

Yesterday I was a passanger in Antalya Airport flying to Europe with Pegasus airlines. The service I have received was absolutely ridiculous. Customer service at the check in desk refused to check in my 5months baby, my wife, myself and behaving rude. We had to wait for other consultant to service us. She couldn't speak English at all and for any questions asked she was consulting her coleugues.
I've never experienced such a treatment at any airport around the world. It was my first and last flight with this carrier and wouldn't definitely recommend neither this aiport nor this company to any of my friends.

I like Antalya airport because it is associated with summer, leisure, vacation and fun for me. It has big international terminal with many stores, farmacies and cafes. When entering the terminal there are big amount of passengers which queued in the lines. First security check is very very slow. It is clear where you must go inside the terminal to check-in desks. After customs check and second security check there are duty-free stores and food and drink facilities.Toilets are quite clean and free. Average rate of this airport for me is very good.

Flughafen ist gut beschildert, viele LCD-Monitore. Gro?e ist beeindruckend, aber gut aufgebaut. Personal ist gewohnt freundlich, kam zur Abendstunde an.
Beim Ruckflug ahnlich angenehm, keine Probleme.

It could be a very lovely airport but the cleaniness is just poor! Toilets were very dirty.

Checkin was very smooth and quick, just as the secutiry check. Prices for food and driks are BIZAR HIGH!

Before getting to the gate, you have to pass 3 security checks, which are very strict.
If you need to go to the restroom, it's better to wait until you're on the airplane and go on the plane instead of going at Antalya Airport. The restrooms are poorly cleaned and there's always an unpleasant smell.
Most of the times Antalya Airport staff is not in a good mood.

The airport is clean and spacious. Facilities are good. The customs are scary but that may be that I'm a child of the 80's and remember the Midnight Express film! Baggage claim was quick. You need a ?10 visa to enter, but we were told of this before.

No long queues, short waiting time, friendly staff, clean and modern airport. Expensive cafes and shops at ?12 for a pizza slice and something to drink. No public free wi-fi that I could find. Easy to find the way around the airport

Very nice airport, great security, but do not speak any French so most importantly, ask for all the information you desired to your representative of the agency that takes care of you.
Upon arrival, the agency staff is very friendly

Not the best airport, due to to lack of stores and no Wi-Fi. Got to the airport by transfer from the hotel and very crammed by the time we arrived. Security check before check-in, very weird, a second security after check-in and then a passport check.
