This is just a DRAMA airport! And security SUCKS big time. They just put you outside, if you are on a connecting flight!

I hadn't been to terminal A in quite a while and It is beginning to show it's age compared to the other recently updated terminals. Delta hasn't updated their gates with new TVs or back signage.

This airport is in need of a major renovation! Many of the bigger terminals were dirty and I remember seeing a mouse once!!

Using mobile passport I was able to get from my premium economy seat to post customs within 10 minutes. This however was using the last flight of the day at a time with few international arrivals.

This is specific to the Air Canada gates at BOS. BOS overall is fine, but for some reason the AC gates are separated in a pathetic little room with no facility and no dinning options (well one cafe selling poured coffee and packed food).

Boston is the absolute worst airport to fly in and out of. The facilities are awful and disgusting, the airport is extremely outdated and a disorganized mess, and getting to and from the airport is chaos.

The Airport Train Blue Line station is not in the termnals but about 2km / 1,5 miles outside. Connection by shuttle bus is allright but involves stops and waiting times.

There are no Homeland Security officers in the departure area. The TSA nor the customs could not help with questions about immigration.
When entering US Homeland Security officer placed a paper in the passport and threatened that if this paper is not collected upon departure I will have a problem. Upon departure nobody cared collecting this paper...

Probably the best airport I have been to in terms of convince. There is a charging outlet at every seat. Navigating to the airport was so easy via public transit (just give yourself enough time to get there, obviously)

Arrival destination so looking to deplane and move outside. Clean, new and modern in comparison to others. Movement was through Southwest's newest terminal area. The long walk underneath the tarmac to baggage claim would have been helped with moving sidewalk. Signage to baggage area was a bit confusing (which set of escalators to baggage area - both). Baggage claim area could have had more seats. Egress from there was remarkable easy as ride appeared only feet from exit, then off.

The renewed Terminal E is a pleasant surprise for those knowing it from before. All-new Lufthansa business lounge is great too, huge move from the previous rathole. BA and CX lounges are also new. BOS got back on the quality map for international travelers.

Was really disappointed arriving into Boston, facilities are waaaaayyyy over capacity. Departing was the same way, no where to sit or stand, minimal food options.

Very easy to get in and out of despite the size of the airport. Plenty of places to shop and eat, which is great if you have a long layover.

Since it is such a large airport with many international flights, security lines can get pretty long at peak travel times.

Terminal C seems to be in a constant state of upgrades. Always food options and security while still a PITA is a much larger checkpoint which seems to help.

Flying back to home in Singapore. I'm a local and Logan is my airport but Emirates check-in has to be the worst. Only two counters open and it felt like the on-ramp to the old Central Artery, two lanes trying to squeeze into to three lanes of traffic. It was a free-for-all. Terminal E is not the best if you fly economy. Limited food (Durgan Park is awful, give me a martini, six oysters, cuppa chowda at Legal's anytime). Any other terminal at Loganis at least one or two stars better.

Fast checkin and security, Virgin Lounge is smal, good but limited selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Terminal E is small and very limited in what it offers.

We're locals, fast through immigration and customs. This was the only time that our luggage was waiting for us, usually Logan baggage claim is extremely slow. The reason? Our luggage arrived on EK239, the flight that Emirates told us that we were too late to connect. We came five hours later on EK237.

Logan is small, small is good-short distance from curb to checkin to gate. Security can be formidable at Logan but if you come early, then the lines are shorter. I fly business so it is not as bad. Sometimes small is not as good as large because the food selection and bookstores are not great. Terminal E is the smallest terminal, it could use a Legal Seafood outlet. then I'd eat my meals at the airport instead of the lounge. Boston/Cambridge, the academic hub of the world, has second rate choices for reading selection.

GOES and no bags, five minutes from plane to cab. Can't beat it when arriving on an international flight. Gotta love a small airport but I'm a local. In comparison, Changi with no bags and electronic immigration is 15 minutes from plane to cab. It's a huge airport.

Very long queues at the security check in Terminal E (Int'l) around 7 pm (20 mins waiting for business/first, endless line - easily an hour - for economy). According to the TSA employees, it's going to get even worse from May as new airlines start to fly to BOS. Make sense to be at the airport well in advance...

Tip when flying through terminal E. There is a small restaurant, right outside the security line. Get a meal there, and they will put you in the first class security line, even if you are flying economy. However if you don't eat there, you might be able to sneak through the first class security. They didn't even bother checking to see if we had a receipt. Depending on time of day, traffic can be atrocious, however there is a special HOV lane for people in cars holding 2+ passengers. very helpful.

I always going to the Logan airport. I always park my car in Dover NH, ride the C and J bus to my terminal and take off from there. Arriving 2 hours ahead of time will leave you with enough time so there is no rushing. I have not parked at Logan so I don't really know the parking situation.

Other parts of Boston Logan may be fine, but the area where Air Canada operates is Iike exile to Siberia. There are three dedicated gates for Air Canada flights with their own security screening. Outside security there are a few amenities such as a Starbucks. Inside, it's almost devoid of services and completely devoid of anything like atmosphere.

Nice and clean airport. Reasonably connected to the subway, but only buses between terminals and to subway. Works effectively, even during the Friday afternoon rush hours. *******************************************

Airport is nice and everything works fine. But the buses between the terminals and to the subway blue-line station are giving a feeling of an underdeveloped country in the middle of nowhere. Some advanced people-mover would be a huge plus...

Airport was good, did not use WIFI or retail services at the airport but expect it to be great because everything was great there, when we came it was really crowded and took us 1 and a half hour to get through security check but security said it was strange that there were so many people so i give it a chance. Airport really good, rating 4/5

Logan is a pretty nice airport, you can find a real pacefully place to wait for your flight, the customs was a problem for me the of my arrival, but talking like in general, is a good airport, you are gonna enjoy your visit.

Okay, the customs/Inmigration in Boston Logan is pretty poor, too slow... however, I spend like 1 hour waiting in the line! Was so stupid, I have been in other U.S International Airports, and for God that Logan as like the slowest ever! But it's okay, incredible facilities. You're really gonna enjoy this airport.

Boston Logan Intl. is a great airport, the moment I stepped through the doors I felt welcome, and felt like adventure was just right on the doorstep. The hospitality was wonderful and the people were so kind. When I got passed the security check point and I entered the lounge, there was a gigantic window that showed all the JetBlue aircraft tail fins at the gates, it was breathtaking. This is a wonderful airport in both architectural design, and hospitality.

Boston airport was a pleasant surprise. Lovely. Great seafood also. I was traveling with a friend from overseas and its always a pleasure to show off my country. Plants everywhere, artwork mosaics on the floors of the walkways. Lovely airport. We should all be proud of our domestic airports. Its not the same everywhere else!

terminal E international arrivals are ok... departure area doesnt have much to keep you occupied. terminal a is excelent. free transport around the airport is excelent.
