Customs was very very quick! No queue for the electronic passport queue. Simple to use. Bristol airport is a very good airport, with great facilities and it?s easy to use and navigate to and through the airport

Going out through Bristol was very efficient and it is a nice airport to exit from. For a small airport it has plenty of choice of eateries and places to sit.
Inbound, passport control was efficient but bagge was very slow. Over 45 mins for bags to arrive.

Good airport, very quick and easy on arrival thanks to the new e-passport gates. Baggage claim was also fast and efficient. Quite far away from the city centre without any rail links, though.

Awesome airport with lots to pick from in shops and in cafe's. Easyjet is smooth and easy here but if you are flying with Ryanair expect a rush through the terminal

As a UK visa holder, its very annoying that the immigration cards at Bristol Airport are only at the front if the immigration line

Flight was delayed for 2 hours. Had to find alternative. There is only one service desk with one employee. Was able to get on the plane in under 30 minutes from check-in to departure.

Very fast immigration checks, but extremely slow baggage delivery from Swissport. The arrival section of the airport is being upgarded and is currently very unpleasing to go through. Lots of stairs from gates to baggage claim...

BRS is a rapidly expanding regional airport. Access is via single-lane roads and there's no convenient drop-off area. Public transport options are available to Bristol and other towns in the area, though. Very few facilities are offered before security. Security is efficient and quick. There's a good range of shops and restaurants after security. Gate numbers are displayed shortly before departure only.

Fast customs, but I've waited 30 minutes for my luggage and when it came a man gave an item that was inside to me as if it has fallen out. I appreciate that they got it but I must say that it was a little suspicious. Friendly staff.

Getting to the airport and the airport bus from the city is great. The checkin and security are standard. The security terminals are actually very helpful and you have a personal space instead of the usual crush

1hr free wifi. Food is overpriced. Apart from airport prices Burger King is all restaurants. Shops were fine

After some changes, added a few more security checks, Bristol Airport is getting better and better. Many facilities, places to seat, good service. I always enjoy fly from Bristol.

The best airport I've flown from, check in is always very easy, no delays at security, plenty of seats in the departure lounge, staff friendly and helpful, shops, bars and restaurants are more than acceptable considering it's an airport. It can be a bit of a walk to some gates but nothing excessive.

The airport is nice, however the long walk to the gate is unnecessary as I had to walk up stairs and down so many times to get to the gate. The lounge is nice and new however there is still building work going on.

got to get yourself in the Aspire Lounge, its well worth it and pays for itself easily, especially if there is a delay. the main bar is hugely expensive...and if you can get served at all the expensive beer in nice warm glasses goes down a treat.

Security took and very long time to clear and once through the facilities were ok,but a little bit lacklustre.Boarding was very quick and efficient though and the general athmosphere was more relaxed than going to a bigger airport.

Massive improvements at BRS since I last visited in 2012, loved the new walk ways in departures to the new gates, security in departures and arrivals was very quick and simple. Terminal is very easy to get around and the list for gates are easy to follow and find the correct gate.

I love Bristol and its services !! Theres just one problem, the terminal is too small ! There has been a recent expansion but not for terminal but for more gates. You can't see the planes like you used to, But it is a fast service airport. We got called and the had not even arrived at the gate.

Was extremely dissapointed with the services available. No view from the main terminal. very poor customer service especially at WHsmith. Its 4 years since I was last year and to be honest I wouldnt like to fly from here again

Great airport with great facilities. Recent expansion has made the Terminal and Apron bigger with room now for further airline expansion. I would recommend Bristol to any person in the South West and Wales looking for a great way to start the holiday.

Not a good airport. Not enough places to sit, slow security and a half a kilometer walk to gate 16. The majority of people were sat on the floor due to the lack of seating. The airport design is very bad. You have to walk through a cafe seating area in order to get from the lift through to security which can be tough if you have a wheelchair/pushchair.

Good, quick and seamless. Great little airport but they could do with air bridges but it is not that bad walking to the plane or if it is a remote stand you go on a bus. But it is being expanded next year to get more routes with airlines such as SAS and easyJet.

Stinky toilets, lots of people sleeping on few benches. Not enough sitting places if you don't want to order food. Long way on foot from airplane. Fair service from Ryanair employees. 30 minutes free WI FI. Small airport with great ambitions. Closest for people who live in Cardiff. Get more connections with polish cities especially Gdansk. Thanks!

local airport, easy to use without long travel before and after flight!! only downside is the new short stay drop off/ pick up zone, used to be free for 10 minutes, however now costs ?1 for 10 minutes then ?4 for 20 etc.
