The luggage claim efficiency was fine, for my luggage came up just 10 minutes after arrival. There are ample amenities and restrooms, and they are pretty convenient.

Nice lounge with seating above the terminal floor - snacks such as gummy bears, wasabi peas and yogurt raisins as well as regular breakfast food and coffee available at the bar. Very nice staff but fairly full.

The most chaotic, unorganized customs and security process I've ever encountered. Hopefully, my experience is not the usual but chaotic and unorganized is putting it lightly. I will do my best to avoid transferring internationally here again.

The transit connections to and from DTW are a joke. The train only reaches Terminal A, so after reclaiming my bag at C I had to take a shuttle bus that got stuck in traffic. The train then only operates at a 20 min peak headway.
Also, no matter where you are going, you will have to walk a great deal due to the airport's design. In the remodeled terminals (read: everything but C) the exits are not clearly marked and are difficult to find. Plus it's difficult to deal with opening two sets of manual doors when toting luggage. The doors do not have a handicap assist either for those with disabilities.

Very unorganized immigration and customs lines. Had to wait in line for almost an hour before realizing that the line was close.Only 2 airport personal at the arrival hall with over 1000 people.

I don't know if it's the same in the rest of the airport, but getting through the Delta terminal at DFW was so nice and easy. It's such a huge airport too so that was impressive. It took less than 10 minutes to check in AND clear security. Once you're past security, there are plenty of shops and eateries to keep you occupied. They also had these awesome sofa areas with power/USB outlets.
DFW's Delta terminal is probably the most passenger friendly I've ever been in.

I love DFW. The security lines are the best. Each terminal has several. So if one is full, just walk a few gates over.
Tons of restaurants and stores to choose from. Free wifi.
Terminal D is outstanding!!

DFW is always a great airport to fly to! It has so many great things to do such as the skyline and stores. One thing people need to keep in mind is to make sure to have plenty of time to go into the airport since it is big. But overall, DFW is an amazing airport!

I really liked that they've introduced APC also for visitors at DFW and it was the quickest that I've ever been curbside in the US at about 15 mins. WiFI was decent and the terminal facilities clean and easy to navigate although at times a little bit to spacey/lengthy. getting to the airport is the usual mess as elsewhere in the US with an overcrowded interstate or an incredibly slow metro train to pick from.

Delta had a Four hour delay....And offered zero compensation. No points, not miles, no upgrades, no apologies. ................................................................................ ................................................................................ .....................................

Recently renovated, very comfortable but very poorly designed when it comes to driving through the airport. Check in lines can sometimes be long which is bad for those of us with health problems.
DFW has the largest amount of comfortable chairs I've seen and some areas even have lounger chairs. Easy access to power ports and USB chargers.

Best airport. TSA per check and quick security. Sky link to connect terminals. Flights to all around the world. Major hub of American Airlines. Parking and shuttle availability is good. DART station at terminal A that connects to Downtown Dallas.

Getting to the airport: I loved the new terminal A parking! It was very easy to find an available parking spot using the colored light indicators that symboled an available parking spot. Entering the airport from the parking area was also very simple and stress-free.
Check-in: This took a long time. While the new terminal upgrade makes terminal A look modern and simplistic. It was very crowded and took a while to find an open check-in kiosk that worked (especially considering that half of the kiosks said printer error, use another kiosk and no one was their to fix it.
Security check: The security line took 40 minutes to get through--enough said.
Terminal facilities: Loved the new terminal, very modern, it almost looks like the Apple Store on the inside.
Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi was very fast! 5 out of 5!
Food and retail services: Their is so many options to choose from.
Lounge: Lounge was rather crowded, but not so crowded that I could rate this any lower. Loved all the amentities.

Terminal E is a complete cesspool. That, and since I was at my originating airport and United is terrible, no lounge access. OneWorld gives you lounge access anywhere on the trip no matter the airline as long as it is international business class. United does not.

Dallas-Ft Worth is a very nice airport, clean and nice restaurants to get a bite to eat. Depending on the terminals you have to take the train to go from one part to the other. I flew economy and did not have an issue sitting at the gate and getting some work done. The gate we were at had good views for the airplane spotter.

Under construction so it's less than ideal. The terminal A looked nice enough. Hopefully E gets some nice updates. The terminal link vans are really unreliable, but the DART is awesome. It takes a while to get downtown, but it's only $2.50!

I love the remodel of Terminal A. The check point right across from A11 is easy to access and for the most part flows smoothly. The terminal is nice, clean and lots of open space. The gates are conveniently located near the security checkpoint.

While I usually have a great experience at DFW traveling within the states, traveling internationally was a hassle this time. There was a huge security check line. Also our plane was delayed 4 hours. There weren't any power outlets anywhere in our terminal where we could charge our phones or laptops which was frustrating considering we had a 10 hour flight ahead of us. There was a ton of different food options nearby which was nice.

I love Terminal D at DFW. It's very spacious with lots of different restaurant choices. I wish that they could make the other terminals like this one. The seats in the waiting are were comfortable. I especially like the ones that have foot rests.

Waiting at customs was way too long, this was the first time I saw US LPR being sent in the visitors lane at immigration and customs, I almost missed my flight because of this. Airport was nice and clean overall.
