The passport control was awful! Many many passengeres missed their flights just because of the security staff at the passportcontrol. There weren't enough staff for all the passenger.

This kinda busy airport doesnt have free wifi even for 30 mins ! Ground staff are so rude and They only speak turkish ! Passport check has always got problem which cause a long queue of one hour waiting ( or more )

Passport control area can get very congested. The police should be flexible to increase the number of passport control points to release the pressure and congestion. Other than that a really nice airport to get through

If you want to connect to someone from airport - you won't. No free WiFi at all. Even in cafes. And if you'll decide to pay for it, the terminal will eat your nerves. So chill and get to the city for connection (by HavaBus, for example).

Passport control extremely bad. Very crowdy and not enough staff - as usual. The ISG lounge (International) was very crowdy. Only 1 (one) toilet (gents), it was extremely dirty and smelly.

As StarG or in business very comfortable fast lane with safety check and passport control directly before lounge access.
Nearly zero waiting time.
A new lounge with a great offer of food and drinks.
My rating is under this premise only as I do not know the rest of infrastructure.

Lounge should be open 24 hours, but 9:30AM it was closed.

Immigration is miserable. Always very crowdy, and not enough staff.

There were only 2 desks for foreigners on passport control. We spent more than hour in the queue - some people missed their flights.

Really crowded airport. Immigration and security takes about 1 hour and a half, with no-one overlooking order in the lines. Chaotic, hot, dark. Not a good place to be.

Airport is good. The only problem it is overcrowded. One runway generates lots of delays, specially for taking off. There is supposed to be a free wifi for 30 min but sometimes it doesn't work.

It's second airport of Istanbul. Transportation is good. You can find very cheap flights from/to Sabiha Gokcen Airport. It's not busy as much as Istanbul Ataturk Airport. And it's clean.

Crappy airport, little shopping, terribly low amount of places to sit, thus people sitting everywhere on the floor. It looks like a standard european airport, but asking almost 8 euro for a day of internet is nothing but a robbery. Nothing changed since I flew through SAW two years ago and that make me to promise I will try hard to avoid this aiport in the future...

Very nice airport. Easy to get to airport if you are in the Asian side of Istanbul. No free wifi. Nosense security check at the first enrance. But it is calm. There are a lot of fast food restaurants but their prices are x2 comparing to malls etc.

There is no wifi at the airport. And there is no adequate waiting lounge. Food and retail service is quite good. Getting to the airport takes time but the public transportation is good enough. Cosidering that it is a busy airport, it is better to arrive at the airport a couple of hours before your flight.

I have been there about 10 times and it`s very comfortable, but it has poor duty-free. Also there are a lot of unnecessary security checks. Not big terminals and not crowded.And one of the biggest problem is paid wi-fi

Very bad airport. If you are a foreigner flying a non-Turkish airline i strongly recommend you to use the IST airport. WiFi can be paid with credit card only, info desk staff is very bad and returns little or no info, the airport is made to serve the Turkish passengers primarily to domestic flights and international flights to countries with large Turkish diaspora. Also late check in, even the crew of the airline complains about poor handling service.

It's easy to get there and easy to find ways inside of the airport. Unnecessary security checks. Not big terminals and not crowded. No free wi-fi. That's the worst thing about the airport. Food services are great. Kahvve Dunyas? has reasonable prices and delicious sandwiches.
