THE WORST AIRPORT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

LOUNGE WOMEN TOILET HAVE NO SHOWER PLACES, THIS IS TRULY UNFAIR TO WOMEN.

LOUNGE IS CROWDED, LOUSY.

THINK AGAIN IF YOU REALLY WANT TO GO TO THIS AIRPORT.

We parked at remote, the captain told me only Hajj flights have the gate and all other planes have to use stairs and bus to dock. No one was allowed to get off the flight until the Saudi security get onboard and secured the aircraft. Saudi Arabia is infamous of being the most difficult country to visit on Earth other than Business/Hajj reasons.

Probably the worst airport I have ever used. Congested space, No wifi, No restaurants, Dirty WCs, No Maintenance. Creepy staff.

Slow immigration process, I would suggest to choose Madinah Airport MED rather than Jeddah Airport JED.

Literally nothing to do as the terminal is under renovation. There is no wifi, no real restaurant or terminal facilities.

Another Biiig Aiport. Get off the plane and you are received by the SABB buses. The aircraft is parked faaaaaar from the terminal. There are several immigration counters, most of them inactive. Takes ages to deliver the baggage as well. The waiting area bathrooms don't work. The Airport helpers demand extra money. No cooling system in the waiting areas despite scorching heat. I am hoping for an improvement.

Great Service at the Airport, Got a great view of aircraft's even though it was dark outside. The WIFI, Food and Duty free was extremely convenient as it was great to explore

Getting to airport took a lot of time because of many detours due to the construction for the new airport and train station. getting to the plane was via buses that was frustrating because we had to wait 15 minutes at the tarmac to board the plane.

Very Bad airport regarding to its facilities. On my last journey no information is available on what the time of flight. The staff is only know arabic. Food is very costly even 10 times more expensive. No information is available about flight.

I was transiting in Saudi Arabian Airlines . There were only few stalls and only one lounge as most of the traffic was Saudi Arabian Airlines. There is only Wi-Fi from the lounge and one food stall. The lounge was very nice with high speed internet and quality food but outside the lounge is a totally different issue. The airport was small , too. There was also no aerobridges and we had to take buses to our aircraft and staircases. I will definitely not recommend this.

JED Airport Was Very Bad.. !
AC was not working Properly , Very rush was there , very slow service was there , less workers .. ..............................

The domestic airport is hopeless.
The AC wasn't working and the announcements were so loud that you'll have to cover your ears if you want them not to bleed.

After reading articles about this airport as worst IA in the world, i was greatly surprised. Stuff was friendly, airport is a bit crowded, but terminal is nice, duty free better than some european.During our connection with Saudia we got free dinner

Desperately awaiting completion of the new infrastructures currently under construction. Unfriendly staff, poor services. Not even a Business Class lounge available. In short: An airport to better bypass, if possible.
