Terminal i obsluga niestety nie wyrabiaja juz z taka iloscia pasazerow, bylem na lotnisku na godzine i 15 minut przed odlotem (lot krajowy) i mimo, ze tylko z bagazem podrecznym i odprawiony online, to kolejka do kontroli bezpieczenstwa byla tak duza, ze zdazylem na boarding w ostatniej chwili. Bardzo slabo slyszalne komunikaty glosowe w terminalu - to jest do natychmiastowej poprawy!

Very noisy, remember earplugs! Each gate is separated by glass walls so you have to navigate a glass labyrinth to walk around. Each flight is announced several times very loudly all over the airport - even the jetways when you're boarding your flight!
On the positive side it is VERY easy to get to - from the city centre in only 18 minutes by train. The terminal is nice and new and very clean.

Very noisy airport, speaker announcements very loud and all the time, but not very informative. In such a small airport you can't get lost, and all information is close, there is no need for speaker announcements all the time! On the plus side, the airport is very easy to get to by bus and train.

New terminal is a big improvement compared with the old one. However it is still work in progress so people are cramped waiting near their gates, sitting on the floor. At the same time the non-Schengen gates are chairs nearby are all empty.

Me encanta el aeropuerte renovado de Cracovia. Ahora tiene orugas para cruzar con facilidad a los aviones sin embargo yo no la use. Cuando llegas a recoger tis maletas hay muchos carritos, no cruzas por seguridad y luego puedes comer un sandwich o tomar un refrescante jugo.

It's all just a bit poor really. Slow check in, poor security area. Having some refurb done so in return not too many shops? Food and drink extortionate and poor. Not enough seats for all to sit and then just 1 food and drink shop which didn't open until we had been there a full hour!

Very nice and spacious airport. There are some nice restaurants and facilities. The architecture i=of the terminal is modern and nice. Although I liked the old terminal because there was no long walk to the gate therefore I did not have a nedto hurry up to get to the gate. However the new terminal is simmilar in this case. Overall the new terminal is a real improvement. The roads close to the airport a bad because they have all been dug up however this is progress and once the investment is finished im sure it will all be nice.

Having flown out of Krakow for numerous years now, things have taken a slight turn for the worse whilst they carry out works to building a new terminal. Locating where to enter the airport proved to be a bit of a challenge as hardly any temporary signs were present (turned out the entrance was poorly marked and was indeed similar to an alleyway). Took RYR, so skipped Check-in, but from what I saw, looked like anywhere else - no self check-in machines, etc, so just the general standard.
Security was quick and efficient - not many people there, and staff knew what they were doing.
Toilets, etc are present - like expected... nothing special, but facilities serve their purposes.
WiFi was easy to join, shame that they only allow you to connect for 15 mins for free...?
One retail store just after passport checks - decent range, but again, nothing too spectacular.
Finally, lounge/gate combined, so you end up with 170ish people trying to get a seat, when there aren't as many needed to seat them. As soon as an announcement is made, it becomes absolutely cluttered with passengers squashed and fighting to be first in the queue in a relatively small area.
Will be back next year - hopefully things improve whilst the building works come closer to an end. :)

Arrival terminal is actually not a terminal. It looks like small old factory... You are waiting for your luggage like in a really tiny warehouse. Really, the impression is terrible. A little better is departure terminal. It reminds an airport.

For a major city, Krakow Airport is remarkably easy to get to and to clear security in. It took me almost no time at all, maybe 10 or 15 minutes from the time I stepped onto airport property.
Food choices are rather limited (mostly just paninis), but with the exchange rate, it works out to far cheaper than getting whatever they're selling on the airplane.
The place looks a bit like a madhouse because all the gates are smushed together, side by side.

Currently under reconstruction. It has a decent observation deck, Falthough there is not much action. Few shops, short lines, boring but fast. Only one place with hot food, situated in the check-in zone.

Lotnisko w rozbudowie. Totalny balagan. Lotow i ludzi tysiace a miejsca jak w jednym rekawie na normalnym lotnisku. Czekamy na zakonczenie prac. Do niedawna loty krajowe odprawiane byly z TV - jesli ktos tu byl to potwierdzi ze to terminal rodem z konca lat 60tych. Wstyd za cos takiego.

Very badly organised. Flight to was rescheduled via Warsaw but Flight Cancelled info was displayed only. Waisted lots of time to get useful info and barely managed to catch rescheduled flight. Only 1 person was doing checkin in domestic flight terminal and only 1 person managing additonal luggage payments. Long quae, lots of nerves, crew stresses. Very bad and disappointing.

Dobrze zorganizowane Po rozbudowie bedzie jeszcze lepiej. Lot z Tunezji i Turcji nie opozniony. Obsluga lotniska mila i pomocna. Troche problem z dojazdem z powodu rozbudowy ale wszystko dobrze oznakowane.

Simply the best airport in Poland!!! Everything is very good and fast for example security check takes much less time than in other airports. Check in goes smoothly and comfortably, and boarding is a pleasure. I think that past expansion everything will be even better and faster than now. :)

Domectic terminal seems to be a joke. If there is at least 2 flights, there is no space not only to sit, but also to stand. AC in good condition, high prices in the kiosk, forget about shop after the security control.
The terminals are rebuilt so there might be a few problems with finding domestic terminal. No train to the airport, just crowded bus.

The airport is clean, and the staff is friendly. There are decent eating facilities for such a small effort. Then, it is all too small for the traffic, and we are all looking forward to have an extension done! Well done on a new parking space!

Getting to the airport is very simple. There is a bus 292 from the bus station. I`ve got only carry-on baggage and first time for me security check open my bag and was looking for I don`t know what... Finally, they let me go.

Very smart and likeable airport. Arrivals process straightforward. Rail link currently closed for redevelopment but bus links were good. Strange departure layout. You are much better off remaining land side until immediately prior to boarding as the vast majority of facilities are located before security. After security, the gates area is cramped and there is only a small selection of overpriced food and retail outlets.

Well connected with the city. Regretably it is very small. The bus ride to the plane was senseless since it was only a few metres from the gate. Hopefully it wil be much better after the undergoing development.

I agree with Dominik.. The Int'l terminal is (let's say) ok. The domestic terminal however is a joke: unfriendly staff, weak wifi connection and poor environment..

Terminal krajowy wola o pomste do nieba. Jeden tasmociag bagazowy, dwa razy sie zacial. Oczekiwanie na bagaz... dlugo? Hala odlotow? Poczekalnia raczej niz powazne podejscie do pasazera. Slabiutko oceniam po pierwszym razie u Was.

Nice airport. Communication is great. Easy access to bus, taxi and train. I miss a new ATC tower close to the terminal. Today some parts of the airdrome can not bee seen from the tower. Every nice airport should have a beautiful ATC tower.

Far too small terminal for the number of passengers, otherwise an average experience. They should really build a new terminal as soon as possible. Frequent trains to the main station.
