Terminal 2 is a depressing facility. Although there should be enough space, the shopping area, colours of walls and low ceiling make it feel very cramped.

Far from city, but convenient train service to both large railway stations in Milan. Terminal 2 (used by EasyJet only) is connected with T1 by free bus.

Food and retail services are adequate, if a bit expensive. Boarding was not handled well in light of the substantial delay to the flight: no priority boarding, no delay announcements, nothing.

Horrible. You have to get out and back inside for a transfer flight. Old, veeery dirty to the point you almost don't want to use the restroom.

At immigration there was a que of at least 300 people with only 4 immigration officers. After the que got even longer luckily two more officers started helping passengers.

Priority Pass lounge SEA Pergolesi is not really worth the cost. On offer, a few sandwiches, peanuts, crisps, juice, coffee and a small selection of alcohol.

Good airport with easy connection to the city centre with the Malpensa Express. Security check is very fast und there are many shops and restaurants in Terminal 1. Free WiFi is bit slow though. Still a very modern and nice airport.

Get to the airport is too expensive, and it's a confusing airport, not easy to find where you want to go. Food services are quite expensive too, for instance McDonald's is at least +25% more expensive than others in the city.

Malpensa airport is easy to reach via bus or train. It is designed for a much bigger number of passenger, so the huge T1 is almost empty. There is a good choice of shops and some restaurants both before and after security. Sometimes toilets and waiting areas lack of cleaning. Overall is a good, but oversized airport, Be prepared for long walks.

Airport staff was a little bit rude and the queues on securiy were very long. Despite this, the airport is well-managed and gate are easy to get to. Very clean and safe too.

The airport isn't really easy to get to. Terminal facilities were ok, wifi was good and free. Just enough food and retail services. Didn't test lounge. Immigration was good, no checks. Baggage claim was good.

Good coffee and wine, duty free disappointing. Would expect better selection of shops, especially clothing. After all, this is Milan.

Lounge was a mess. Tables weren't cleared. Food selection poor, next time should eat before clearing immigration. No clean glassware.

The new security area and improvements are not a day too late. I've flown to Milano Malpensa many times and this time security was fast and efficient! What a surprise.
The airport has not that many shops and feels rather tiny/emptym but there is what you need, so this may not necessary be a negative.
Overall the airport could use some improvements, but seeing that they fixed the security part is one of the best thing they could have done.

The airport has improved a lot recently. Part of it has been renovated, now it looks much better and comfortable. The check-in for online-checked in guests was really fast and the security check as well.
The only think which annoyed me is that inside the WC toilets, there is no hook for hanging the backpack on the door, so you are forced either to keep it on (which is quite uncomfortable if heavy and big, especially if you are going to change your shirt) or to leave it on the floor if you find a clean spot.

Rien a redire voulant essayer une fois un vol en buisness tout etait parfait ! N'etant pas super a l'aise avec l'anglais au guichet on m'a parle en francais. Le Lounge etait tres bien confortable et avec nourriture et boisson a volonte. Bref aeroport tres pratique dans tous les points.

A tale of two airports: Terminal 1 is bright, clean, renewed and quite efficient, with much more capacity than needed while terminal 2 is dated and always really crowded.
Fast connection to Milan city center both by train (station linked to T1 and another station for T2 is being built) and bus (from both terminals). Free shuttle bus between terminals is provided.
Baggage reclaim is not really fast (15-20 minutes required).
Good choice of shops in T1, and in T2 only after security.
Free WiFi is definitely a plus.

My suitcase came broken and very dirty.
A lot of shops with perfumes and handbags for women and a litlle shops with food (and very expensive).
Emloyee was really unpleasant and they spoke english very bad.

An exceptional airport, you can't get lost and there are several nice shops for tourists. The WiFi connection is a little bit poor and the check-in desks are sometimes too slow. Lounges are exceptional and comfortable.
The security check was super fast and we spent there at least 5 minutes. Terminals indications are clearly visible and understandable for everyone.

Gran aeroporto! Malpensa e un aeroporto grande, spazzioso e efficente. Gli accesi sono ottimi, tan ?to per strada come per il treno. Il terminal 2 e bello e moderno. Ci sono tanti ristoranti, che offrono gran varieta di cibo.

Getting to and from Milano is very easy with the Malpensa Express train service, which take you downtown in just 30min.Immigration and baggage claim are quite good, but WiFi access is limited, there aren't many power plugs available, and the bathrooms could be much cleaner for an airport of this magnitude. Still, overall, a good airport.

The Airport is about 30min from the city when you go by train. For getting to terminal 2 you also have to make a short ride with a bus. The interior is almost ugly. WiFi only by paying. Food is oxay but not gourmet.

the A321 seat was a bit tight with 200 seats. I seem TAP only has 3 of them anyway

Milan Malpensa airport is very big but the terminal 2 is poor. Wifi is very good everywhere. Getting to the airport is very quicly. So it's a very accessible airport but the T2 is small. You don't have a lot of service and the check- in area isn't good but after safety check you enter in a very modern zone whit window on plane parking apron, a lot of shop and international brands. Boarding is quicly but there's few finger so if it snow o rain passenger must go to the plane near the terminal under water walking. The plane parking far from the terminal are reacheble by bus.

Huge, it is not a brand new terminal, but is efficient. Despite being far away from Downtown, it has easy acess by train or by highway. Lots of services before and after the security screen. Easy to navigate through, but it`s better memorize your departuring gate before go exploring the terminal. Toilets and food court were not very clean.

Getting to the airport can be troublesome by car from Milan city. The train is efficient but runs only every 30 minutes and just stops at terminal 1. Getting to terminal 2 is not convenient.
The check-in is okay in terminal 1. In terminal 2 worst comes to worst: easyJet and a rotten terminal building.
The security check usually is very crowded and the airport has its own fast lane system as a revenue generator mostly ignoring priority boarding/fast lane security ticket issued by airlines. The terminal facilities are just terrible in terminal 2. It should be torn down completely. Terminal 1 is slightly better and some renovation work is being done to improve it further. But it is still not nice. WiFi works occasionally for free otherwise you have to register (in order to receive spam later). The food and retail services seem to replicate the terminal facilities. The lounge is at a very far spot in the basement but still probably the best place to be on this airport.

On T1 there was a lot of construction, long ways, long delays, sanitary and some common areas really dirty (for example a dog pooped and nobody cleaned). Terminal 2 is poor and connected with T1 only by bus, has just some bars and duty free shops. Getting to the airport is expensive (16?), the facilites are very confuse, it's very easy to lost yourself, so I get lost inside of it and because of this I lost my connection transport. The food services are expensive as hell. Very old terminal T2 used by Easyjet. Shamefull, insane, I don't recommend any person on earth!!

Terminal 2 is really small and not very new... Haven't tried Terminal 1 but it seems to be ok. Be aware that Terminal 2 is far away from Terminal 1 and it's not at a walkable distance so if you have a connecting flight from the other terminal plan to have a good amount of time to get from one T to the other...

Arrived from NY with no problems at T1, spacious airport nice and modern, not very busy but with a beautiful vastness of shops, very fast delivery suitcases, toilets kept and clean, courteous staff. Too bad that not even Easyjet operates at T1 because the transits Via Milano would be simpler.

The airport is enough big but the check in is at the second floor, the security and custom at first, the train station underground.. so if you're in hurry you can get dizzy. Anyway is well connected to the city with bus and train even if takes about an hour.

The new area is actually nice and it looks like the overall airport will get a decent make-up for the 2015 Expo. The old areas are the usual pain with few signs and unfriendly services. Quick security and free wifi.

Absolutely to avoid airport parking managed by SEA. Prices offered on website are not taken into account when you have to paid.
Besides, SEA doesn't answer to claims.

Use parking lots offered by private companies.

Terminal 2 is poor and connected with T1 only by bus, insane! T1 has got the hotel, car rental, train station... T2 has just some bars and duty free shops.
