There isn't have a place to smoke (for who's smoking), people smoking at the toilets but I don't recommend it.

When we came in there were a lot of people in line to drop off their baggage. The weird thing is that they accept all the flights at all register desks, we had been standing there for more than hour

Getting to the airport isn?t easy, because there are a lot of queues ? tragic is a very big issue there. Very long queues and not very easy to orientate in Check In Area, the airline did the best they could.

Getting to this airport is very difficult, a lot of queues on the airport land. Big lines at the check in, nobody managing! Very unfriendly staff at check in

Average time to get from the plane outside the airport is 1+ hr. Absolutely no SkyPriority benefits on arrival. Frequent bus transfers from the plane.

Is far away from the center of Moscow. The airport has 5 enormous terminals with they are very bright with lot space and sitting areas. The check in is a bit caotic.
There are lot of food places.
But the immigration officials are pretty unfriendly.

Tiny. Crowdy. Can't login 2 devices to 1 phone number. Gate changed without announcement. Long bus haul from Terminal F to somewhere A or B. Queuing outside and then climbing dusty air-stairs to A330. Annoying and loud service - servicing drinks, then meal with drinks, then collecting the garbage 2 times, then tax-free carts again. All with long pauses that creates too much action for the entire flight duration giving you no personal time.

Airport stuff doesn't speak English, just gets louder if you don't understand what they want. Terminal F is a joke, people sitting on the stairs becauase there are only a few chairs, not enough flight information, many confused passangers

Getting to SVo wery easy if yours flight will start at earle morning.BUT!!! Later you need check traffic jam on your way to Terminal by Yandex map(free app)
If you travelling at middle of the day or at evening-best way to get airport-Aeroexpress train.No taxi please.

Immigration was fast, baggage claim even faster. Some walking distance from terminal to train station. Train service direct to city center and Metro, which is great.

Train connection from city, three security checks, but were quite fast. Passport control was fast, lots of shops and restaurants airside.

It took us 2 hours from landing to pick up our baggage. No reasonable explanation just we were told that on Sunday evening it always goes that way.
