Melony in Departures our angel!

Melony in departures you are so special to us! My husband had to go to the airport on Saturday because JetBlue‘s phone line was a three hour wait. We had a medical emergency(my four year old daughter had a bulging eardrum) and needed to switch our flights scheduled for that day. The airport was packed but Melony quickly moved my husband to the front of the line and found her supervisors who then gave her the go ahead to reschedule our flights free of charge! When we we’re given the greenlight by the doctor to go ahead and get on a flight we bumped into her again. She remembered my husband from a few days before and was happy to see my daughter doing much better! She gave us a warm farewell. And people like Melony are why Aruba will always have our hearts! The spirit of love in the people is unmatched! Our experience at the airport is always pretty smooth compared to Boston where we fly out of. Always met with smiles and warm hearts!

Terrible!! 40 minutes after landing waiting for a gate. While flights which arrived later got a gate first. Terrible long lines. Worst experience at an airport!
