Immigration and customs was incredibly slow the wait was about 2 hours and it was incredibly hot in the small cramped room.

Pretty good lounge here but it's very crowded. I couldn't get into it on my departure could only get in after 15 min wait on arrival.

Time for safety check very long - almost one hour. Very poor organisation. And airport layout needs a train to reach almost every gate...

Decent airport. Parked in economy lot, convenient shuttle service made it easy to get to the terminal. Train service to concourse also very good. Would like to see MCO add water bottle filling stations.

Lots to do here. Even if you're not air-side. In our case, Southwest wouldn't take our bags because we were there more than 4 hours before our departure (cruise line got us off quick!). So we just had to wait it out by the fountain. But that's Southwest's issue. Not MCO. Now, the TSA lines at MCO are usually awful. But in our case, we were able to get through quickly...twice. Which is probably my most frustrating part. Because of their strange layout, they have taken to routing passengers from Concourse 2 out of security so they have to go back in through security to get to Concourse 4. We wouldn't have had to do this if we didn't want to get to The Club at MCO. But with that much time before takeoff we decided it was worth it. Thankfully, our second trip through TSA was pretty speedy. Lastly, their baggage claim is sprawling. And heaven forbid you go to the wrong side. Lots of walking.

Very poor food options and terminal feels rather dated at Airside 4. Large number of power outlets in the gatehouse seating didn't work.

Great time flying into MCO it's always been my favorite airport to fly into with its massive atrium area and great people, they've done so much extra for me and all of us flying there, overall I think it's great

The airport is building new facilities but at the current moment Airside 4 (Delta, BA, Virgin, Norwegian, Emirates, Lufthansa) it's just overcrowded, especially when multiple flights come in. Food offering in the main terminal is ok, however airside terminals is limited and expect airport pricing.

Extremely limited food options once you get through Security in terminal B. Check in counters are an absolute zoo. Regular security lines are packed full of screaming children (Be sure to use TSA PreCheck if you can). The tram system is ridiculous as well. You have to wait for a security agent to open each and every door to the tram before you can board. Restrooms are tiny and cramped, gate areas don't have enough seating

Orlando (MCO) is a nice airport. Layout is a little freaky. Lots of shopping and dining as you might expect for an airport that serves a big vacation getaway city - and which is also a real international airport. Last time I was there (2015), security was pretty awfully slow. WiFi, as with almost all busy airports is so badly oversubscribed as to be almost unusable.

Brilliant staff at security so funny making it a breeze a nice departure to a lovely holiday, check in was a breeze lots of self service machines $5 for a luggage trolley is the only bad thing

Orlando has some cool souvenir shops from the various theme parks as Disney, Universal and the Kennedy Space Center, that allow you to get some last-minute (or pre-fun) swag.

The monorail system is a clever way to keep the terminal small enough to walk, with a very convenient food court (with aquarium) in the center.

The WiFi is low-hassle. The security is clearly experienced dealing with all kinds of tourists, but could do with an upgrade of their equipment.

All-in-all, both landside and airside, Orlando, is one of the nicer US airports.

It took AGES to go through security. Such a dumb system they have. I started all the way on one side of security, was wrapped all the way to the other side of security, and then wrapped back into the middle of the security lanes. Literally took almost 45 minutes to go through.

The airport is well spaced out. It makes it easier for passengers to navigate through the terminal. The only bottle-neck area was the TSA checkpoint. Although, I must say, it was handled very well. Ground handling was quick and Taxi times were a bare minimum, since the runways were easily accessible from all the terminals.

This is one of my favorite airports. It is very large, so it can take a little while to navigate, but it is run very efficiently, and once you are through security you can find a ton of great places to eat and shop while you wait for your flight.

Orlando is my home airport and the airport itself is very nice. The only issue is if you live on the Space Coast, because the Mouse is such a big entity, most things are geared toward the tourist going to that geographic area. Business flights are difficult because most flights are geared towards families visiting the mouse or grandparents. SO LOTS of KIDS. JetBlue and SouthWest have the most flights out of Orlando so getting to the northeast of the US is a cinch. Europe not so much. Lufthansa is the only airline that has a flight to Europe, otherwise you have to go to Atlanta, Miami, or JFK. For the business traveler, Delta is the only game in town as Atlanta is only an hour flight away.

Great airport! One of the best airports of the United States, have an phenomenal hotel inside the same airport, fast service and great customer service, you can find lot of things to while you are waiting for you flight, and spend time in all those terminal big stores

Modern and clean. Not very much to do through departures apart from a Burger King and a steakhouse and a few shops... Don't go early if you can avoid it. Security queues nice and fast, no issues here!

Brilliant airport, not much in the airside termanl so make the most of the main termanal before security... FREE UNLIMITED WIFI!!!!
Securitt is very hard going, body scan for everyone and make sure you take everything out of your pockets (I left a packet of gum in and they spotted it and searched me) and you need to take your shoes off... The monorail to airside termanl is fast too. Only a few boards about so ensure you know your gate and time and listen out to the announcements at your gate for when you need to board

While Orlando international seems a little dated it is fairly efficient. The check in desks are usually frantic and poorly arranged so expect to be left standing and ignored for a while.
Security is, again, hectic and may take a while to navigate, but the staff are helpful, polite and humorous, easing the situation.
Beyond security facilities are rather scant, but the waiting areas are comfortable.

Excellent airport, the new kiosks for immigration make life easy. I will always suggest to use MCO as entry in the states. No queues, good informations provided, good restaurants all over the place, clean toilets.

Fortunate we were first off the plane as we were sitting in row 19 of premium economy and the exit was right next to us. so we beat the imigration queues. They now have self service imigration kiosks so instead of having your photo and fingerprints taken by a border officer you do it yourself before getting to him, One tip if you dont have a lot of luggage you can take it with you your self onto the monorail to the main terminal instead of putting back into the system for them to deliver it for you at the terminal saves a lot of time.

Orlando Airport has a good range of shops and food oulets on the land side however after going through security retail and food outlets are very limited, Duty free is very expensive in fact i would go to say its duty ad as prices are much lower elsewhere. and choice is very poor.

beautiful airport - large enough to accomodate all the disney freaks (like me!) with a lot of opportunities for shopping before you fly! not a lot airside and long lines for security. good international service too.
