No bus from Palais Mailot (CDG has). Simple access to air-side, very conventional like ITM. Forgot Priority Pass in hold luggage, couldn't go to lounge. The restaurant had nice sandwiches.

Aeroport a taille humaine dans lequel il est facile de se reperer. En revanche, la zone des enregistrements (notamment OpenSkies) est assez etroite : une longue file d'attente peu se former, genant certains passagers. Toilettes propres.
Manque de magasins apres la securite. Salle d'embarquement de petite taille avec un certain manque de sieges, surtout lorsque plusieurs vols partent a la meme heure... Securite efficace et avec le sourire !

Very big airport although its the 2nd airport of Paris. Its a little unorganized and dirty at some of the places. Thankfully its very near Paris. Some of the staff were stupid and some of them were nice and helpful

Le probleme est surtout la signaletique. Embarquement a la porte 30, pas moyen de savoir que deux vols s'y presentent puisque l'affichage ne se trouve qu'apres le poste de securite. Resultat, avion manque pour cause d'attente dans une file qui ne concernait pas que mon vol.

Whether or not Orly is easy to reach depends very much from where you are in Paris. If you're close to one of the RER lines B or C, it is okay (though neither of the lines goes to Orly Airport directly, while Charles de Gaulle has a direct RER connection).
In most cases, you will have to change once or twice to get to or from Orly, which is a mess if you have luggage. (Especially if it involves a metro trip, with the turntiles in your way, a lot of stairs going up and down etc.)
The airport itself felt crowded and stressful to me. The terminal building (South) does not follow any clear architectural line so that orientation is not always easy even though the building isn't huge.
Often, fundamental walking paths like entrances to the building or the ways proceeding to security check seem like some sort of hidden secondary tracks where you are not really supposed to be as a passenger.
All parts of the airport chronically lack seats. If ever you manage to get one of the few seats, it will still be noisy, crowded and hectic all around you.
The check-in process (for Air Berlin, handled by the local contractor) was painfully slow. The counters opened no second earlier than 2hrs before departure. No separate counter for bagage drop-off was available, so even though I was checked in, I had to wait in line. It took the person at the counter 35 minutes to check in the 8 passengers waiting before me. The lines at the other counter didn't go any faster.

Very easy airport to get around. Very easy yo get to by taxi, faster and closer than Charles de Gaulle airport. Staff is nice, airport is clean and food is good. Air conditioning was not working when I was there.

Paris Orly Airport offer a good service and also, have a really good one Wi Fi conecction, that is always a plus to a traveller solo like me, whilst I was needing to keep checking information about next destinations, and also, try to do some further check-in to next flights.

One of the easiest airport to go around in Europe, if not in the world, has free wifi, perfect view of the ramp and the runways for the spotters, facilities of all kind available, what more to expect from an airport? i always elect ORY rather than CDG when possible as it's much closer to Paris and easier to access via public transport.

A bit confusing to get through, very crowded and cramped. We took a lot of time to find the way for the Orlyval monorail. Bagage claim took a bit and all services were more expensive than those of OPO. I prefer CDG despite being located further of Downtown Paris.

Pretty good and fast airport. I don't care about the design of Paris airports, I just use these airports to leave France. I can find everything easily and you make all check in procedures quickly. The boarding room has big plate glass windows with a direct view on the plane areas. Globally, I'm not disappointed but also not satisfied.

a really idiotic airport. If you have a connecting flight, you need to exit and make security controls again. Considering that you often have connections of 30-45 minutes you end up running most of the time.

Could be better... the airport is located in a really ugly place, it's too confusing, had a really bad impression of Paris when I got there. It took me more than a hour to reach the city since there was too many traffic.

i have to enter everything manually.
it used to work very well
when I enter a filght number nothing pops up, so i have to entre airport, aircraft type etc. i understand that all info cannot always be found but at list an AF flight should be... especially when it used to work

Air Berlin departs from Orly South which is the oldest terminal and has a 1960's look. Despite this, it's a very easy to use airport and it has been recently upgraded. It offers a very good selection of duty free shops and confortable waiting areas. Security checks were very efficient with very polite staff.

In Hall 2 for La Navette flights, things tends to become automatic. You print your luggage ticket yourself, you stick it yourself, you drop it off yourself? and all that without crossing any smile from the machines.

This airport is really depressing. Or was it just the bad weather after coming bad from Asia. I don't know but the impression wasn't good. We've been waiting one hour for our baggage to leave the plane as well.
