Royal silk check in and Epassport immigration is very fast but Security check is so-so, because ICN has not the Fast Track . Dutyfree shop is very big and variety. Lounge is great where co-use Asiana Airlines that was renewal before some days.

This airport deserves to be no 1 . On arrival there is lots of check in islands and even self check in . As we walked round we noticed helpful robots , there are lots of restraunts and even cinemas , ice rink and much more . Security and Immigration was quick and easy . Airside there are lots of duty free shops and restraunts . Boarding was easy . I enjoyed travelling through ICN . I cant judge the lounge as i didnt go in

Incheon T2 for KE and Skyteam members are brand new with great facilities and in perfect condition. However, almost everything (including all VIP lounges) starts after 7 a.m. The transit lounge is kinda small for T2's scale while at least it's free. But I'd prefer pay for a better stay.

Lounge ok. Queue for showers - so no shower for me. Shops closes in the evening so few shops open for late flights.

I?m korean so i can?t tell about immigration at foreigners side, however, if you can use SeS service, it would be very fast. (Except : if there are lots of SeS-beginner)

In my opinion , the best airport . Brilliant facilities , wifi decent . Food selection and duty free great , extremely clean bathrooms and toilets . Smooth operations .

Transit through ICN, so directly through a dedicated transit security which as quick and efficient.
Asiana's business class lounge looks quite old, carpet passed his best years long ago and looks somewhat dirty and has a lot of holes. Food variety is very limited, WiFi is nice and works fast.

The terminal 2 is the best terminal I have ever been. Very quick check-in and security check, almost no lines, terminal facilities on A1-level, enough of comfortable seats... Simply the best.

Train took more time than expected, security que was very long, access to the AMEX terminal (underground train) was time consuming also. We alomost missed our plane again, like we did on the way. Frustrating, yet our planning was bad.

A beautiful modern airport with welcoming atmosphere. I was surprised that we were met by a girl in traditional dress at the line to passport control and passport control oficcer uses an app that speaks your language and gives you instructions. Easy to find infromation on how to go to the city, exchange money, etc.

Good airport to travel with.
However cue to the airside was bit crowded. And food was quite expensive.
Since I live in Jeonbuk, it was quite an effort to get to the airport anyway.

The way to ICN is very fast and convenience as I take the AREX. Also, the check in is ultimate fast yet the communication is a little bit difficult while doing bag drop.
However,the choices of restaurant are very least but only cafe cafe and cafe despite the quality is ok.

Incheon is quite probably the most pleasant airport I've had the pleasure of visiting. The free services are astounding, including a very nice travelers rest and a small airside museum. There are free showers, what's more. Good, clean free showers. And the food is quite nice for the price. Further, the staff is quite courteous and very helpful.

Would be nice if the shuttle train operated both directions, in case I wanted to return to the main terminal for shopping.
Express train was worth it for $8! Only $4 more than the local stopping train but a fantastic, comfortable ride.

I was only about 4 minutes late, but ICN had already kicked Air Canada out of their allocated check-in counters (everything's common use). I had to go on a bit of a hunt to find where they had moved to, as two different info counters told me two different things.
Security and passport control were fast. Shopping options dwindled as you get further out towards the ends of the satellite concourse.

Short stop in Incheon, very modern clean airport but on the small side. Thus short on duty free, selection of food. SQ lounge is small with adequate food and drink. Wouldn't want to spend five hrs in the airport.

Bad Incheon staff. Very uncooperative, unfriendly and not helpful. The airport train that connects the gates in the midfield terminal is so bad - they run at 5 min intervals and the trains are too small to fit everybody that accrues after the 5 min wait.

Easy and affordable access - less than one hour from Seoul Station by subway or KTX. The WiFi works flawlessly and you can use many different types of services from a free shower room to dry cleaning. The best part is probably the mega quick immigration which takes 15 minutes.

It's a brilliant airport. In fact, I would rate it as high as Changi and Hong kong. It has a super fast net connection (What else can you expect in South Korea?)
There are lots of food options to choose from.

Best airport I have ever visited. Very spacious, easy to reach with public transport and comfortable chairs. Free WiFi, power sockets, clean toilets, lots of different food, drink and other facilities and short queues.

I had to keep checking that this was the same airport which has topped recent global 'best airport' polls. Sure the transport links are great and the land-side facilities are good. But airside? Basically the same dozen shops repeated throughout the length of the entire terminal complex. A complete lack of choice unless you're looking for high-end fashion or jewellery purchases. I was looking forward to exploring the terminal after hearing or ICN's supposedly great reputation. Sadly my experience was decidedly average.

You can easily access airport by rail and bus. Highspeed rail KTX is available and the buses takes you to everywhere in South Korea. Nice duty free shops and fast security checks as well. But their food is awful. I had to wait 15 mins just to order a food. Food tastes awful too.

No wonder why this airport is one of the best in the world. The airport itself is very clean and well organized. After passing security check, there are several hidden convenience facilities, such as shower rooms, massage chairs, small cinema, and etc,. The best thing is that they are all free.

Incheon airport is very clean! Everything looks and feels state of the art. There are plenty of shops, all the signs and announcements are also in English, and the airport was overall very navigable. I was easily able to find the train and get to my guest house. I haven't checked out the whole airport, but I am sure it's magnificent. It's rated one of the top airports in the world!

Definitely one of the best airports in the world! Huge but organized, clean and modern plus the shopping and eating facilities are excellent! 3 hours is not enough to explore this airport at all which you will have after the check-in !

I didn't have much chance to go around there. It wasn't crowded when I went there on September, and it is quite spacious. There are many duty-free shops, selling usual things you would expect to see. Wifi is available and it's quite OK. The staff there aren't exactly friendly type at all, but they can speak proper English.

I actually understand why Incheon international Airport is the world's best airport. Everything is just so perfectly organized and equipped. There's a place to relax even if you dont have any access to any alliance's lounge, cinema, amazing restaurants with reasonable price, and the airport itself is like a shopping mall!

Without a doubt one of the better airports in Asia. Design looks familiar to Hong Kong's. One terminal building makes navigation easy. Drawback is probably location which is quite out of the way from the city centre and requires either a train or bus ride. Chances are the bus will get you to your hotel more conveniently, but the buses do not seem to be airconditioned well. Also the airport's lack of domestic flights is a chore for transferring passengers especially those heading to/from Jeju.

My first ever visit to Incheon, hope its not my last. Bright new modern airport with excellent facilities. Lots of space and it never gets to busy.
Staff a re professional and very helpful.
The check in process was very easy with Emirates, food outlets are good and not to expensive.
The train to the satellite terminal takes about 2 mins. The terminal offers excellent views of the airport.
Bus links to Incheon to and from all areas of Seoul are just excellent. Cant wait for my next trip, best airport I have used in years.

One of the best airport I have ever been. Spacious, clean, kind staffs, well organised duty free shops, and nice lounges. Guess ICN has the shortest waiting for immigration. Never had problem with accessing wifi as well.
