This airport has good punctuality with 90%
As long as I use this airport, it always on time. The aiport itself has few shops. Toilet is clean. Seats are many. Wifi is good!

The international terminal is quite far from tollways, but the checkin area till the waiting room are very good. the WiFi is terrible but at least they have burger king, carls jr, starbucks and many other food retail. they don't have any lounge in international terminal, they only provide Garuda Lounge for SkyTeam member's frequent flyer.

Good airport, clean restrooms (even the cleanest in Indonesia), easy to get to the airport via toll road, wi-fi facilities during waiting.
Security check fast but sure, check in quick and easy.
Good waiting room and some good restaurant, cafe or snack stand.

- very clean and easy to get around in it..
- not very confused although the airport has 2 terminals with runway separating it.
- many options to go anywhere cheaply with public transport, I especially recommend the DAMRI bus.. get you to Bungur Asih with just 20000 rupiah, then go anywhere you like from that bus station. In there, you can walk approx. 500 metres to get to Waru train station

Public bus damri from Bungurasih Bus Station to the airport directly only IDR 20.000. good option if you're a solo traveler. Make sure your terminal information before getting to the airport.
Smoking room is available in Terminal 1. The most convenient smoking room that i've ever visited,
