So I was travelling as an Unaccompanied Minor. I was flying with American Airlines, heading to Philadelphia. The service was great, and an American agent helped me through the process!

The baggage drop kiosk is not an information kiosk!! I have to wait every time alot becasue everybody uses these kiosk to know something.

Sehr hohen Hochbetrieb. Dennoch gelingt es sehr viele Leute sehr schnell Abzufertigen. Die extra SiKo auf der dritte Etage war ins betrieb genommen und daher kaum Wartezeit. Die Verteilung von Fluggaste durch Check-In und SiKo funktioniert einfach super und professionel mit wenig Wartezeit zufolge. BC und Senatorlounge in A bereich sind oft uberfullt. Die lounges in D oder E BEreich sind zu empfehlen, jedoch muss dann Wartezeit fur Passkontrolle einkalkuliert werden.

Modern airport - I like it as long as I don't have to come/go out of the B gates as they are gates which require buses. Can have VERY long lines at passport control upon entry from outside the EU - but they tend to que pretty quickly...

Quite expensive train connection to city (6,80 CHF/direction), security check was efficient, WiFi unfortunately limited to 2hrs free use thereafter high fees per hour (other European airports offer unlimited free WiFi)

Signs should be better. Lounges are not to so well marked as I?m here for the 1st time.
However, after asking around, staff said, keep on going down.
Well, if you?re on the western side of the concrete, you won?t see any signs at all.
I honestly liked the Swiss lounge as the have staff giving the food a final touch before handing it over.
Today, they had freshly made tacos.
The general bathrooms could be cleaned a bit more often (like in the US).

Zurich is a great airport to connect at within Europe. I think I made a mistake and ended up outside customs, but it was simple to get back. ZRH is a big upgrade on FRA/CDG. Biggest issue is wifi seems to require a phone number, which means turning on my phone which I'll get billed for international roaming.

The main departure hall located at the A gates is one of the best I have ever traveled to, however most of the flight depart from the B or D gates which is nothing more like a small LCC like departure hall with loads of people in a small area! Way to crowded! Recomend you to stay in main depature hall until boarding starts.

45 minutes transfer between Non-Schengen/Schengen terminals. The queue at the passport control was 20 minutes. No help from staff, even though they did call passengers for another flight that was scheduled at the same time as mine.

I got to the boarding gate expecting the it's less than 10 minutes to scheduled time, sorry, we cannot stop the plane treatment, but I made it into the plane luckily. Hence the 2 stars

One of the worst airport in the world. Badly expensive, no peple to help. nobody care about passanger. Transfer desk disaster. Waiting over 2 hours.

Often tied with Munich, this really is one of the, if not the best airport in Europe. Modern, clean, incredibly efficient and with amazing staff and facilities. So easy to get to with a trains station onsite and one of the nicest airports you can go through.

I love Zurich Airport, not a huge place, but the design with huge high spaces, make it feel big and airy. Also nice long sweeping corridors that curve around the terminal. Excellent viewing and great amenities. Just feels clean and relaxed and comfortable. You don't feel stressed after an experience at Zurich. Also direct train access. The lounge I visited briefly was pokey and full and bit squashed, so I left. Was the only let down but I have said before, not a huge lounge fan anyway, I find them too pretentious.

It is always a pleasure for me, to fly from or to Zurich Airport. This airport is just perfect. There's all you need! And if you are a spotter/aviationgeek,Zurich Airport is the heaven for you! They do so many great things for spotters and aviationgeeks such as an airfield tour with the bus (1h15min) or the observation decks. The staff of ZRH is always nice! Looking forward to the next flight from Zurich.

While transfers at ZRH can be quick in theory, baggage handling is not, so even if you do catch your connection after a delayed first leg, don't count on your bags making it too.

Zurich Airport is perhaps a bit overrated. It's not bad by any means, but also not particularly great. Tight connections due to delays can become quite a trek through the long concourses. At least the building is well thought-out.

Zurich Flughafen / Zurich Airport is a very comfy airport as everything usually works so fine.
Reaching and leaving the airport could not be easier as there is a train station just underneath, connecting you directly to the check-in area 3 and all airport facilities. Of course you use taxi, shuttle services or your own car as well.
It is not a huge airport so locating check-in counters for the different airlines, going through security and getting to the gates is pretty straightforward.
Star Alliance SWISS Senator Lounge in the Gates E (Dock E) is great and it offers you the Whisky Club 28/10 with broad choices of Whiskies and drinks - also alcohol-free and soft-drink options.

If you're leaving in the early morning and have to drop the baggage, you don't have any public transport. Very disappointing!
Check-In 1 was very crowded, but fast. Also the security check.

Wow normally I love ZRH but just hope your checkin does not involve Dnata. 7 different airlines using only 3 checkin desks resulted in mayhem waited 40 minutes before I called the sirline which led me to the supervisor who finally checks me in. If you saw someone from Dnata who rarely even showed up in my 40 minutes they just said that somehow all people wanted to check in at the same time. Like what Dnata you know when the planes leave which you check in don?t give me that BS answer.

We have a connecting flight which depart 45 minutes after we landed. It is safe to say that doing 45 minutes connection in Zurich is much easier than doing 1 hour connection in Changi

the security check queuing time was absolute unacceptable
We even need to use our mobile phone no. to register to the WiFi which is extremely not user friendly to transfer passenger

Immigration works very bad. only three cabins were opened and it was a long queue of transit passengers. We spent about 30 minutes in it and had chance to lost connection flight

Very clean and organised airport which has very good connections to the city with public transports. Almost no waiting at the security check and short walking distances. Many restaurants and coffees. The signs are clearly. Free wifi.

Zurich/Kloten airport is a very efficient airport for connections. However, spending too much time at the airport may be a bit boring as passenger experience is not the best. Unless you pay the ticket ang visit one of the terraces, from where you can view the airfield.
The lounge is ok, although the food offering could be better.

Lovely airport to use. 3 separate Check-In areas, with Check-In 3 being quite a distant from the departure gates. Wifi fast, and limited to only 2hrs, which seems a bit odd for a major International Airport. Special credit to the guy manning the Easyjet counter who happily checked-in my suitcase despite not being officially open at the time.

Wifi is fast but only free for two hours which is pretty outrageous... everything else in the airport is expensive as well but it's still very clean and organized so I don't mind

I've never had so bad check-in experience. I hope it was just an accident - it took more or less 20 minutes to serve just 3 passengers! What more, the airport staff was responsible for a delay of my aircraft by around 40 minutes.
