I had 33A, paid $35 for it and I won?t complain. I could?ve laid on the floor and had room to spare, literally. I typically don?t like exit rows but this one is worth it. The crew was phenomenal, excellent world class FAs and the captain allowed me to ask questions and sit in the cockpit.

I regularly travel DL due to their partnership with VS, so I earn FC miles. I can't fault DL much at all - aircraft are new, crew are friendly, IFE (Delta Studio) is good and WiFi typically works absolutely fine, and is good value.

This was an atrocious experience, which included boarding three times total. We had to deplane from the first two aircraft we boarded, the first of those being for fault air conditioning, after they kept us on the plane for just about two hours. This customer service is one of the reasons I avoid Delta. The cabin crew was great though.

The flight was a little delayed, but the service throughout the flight was good. A full meal, snack, and then a smaller meal are served on the flight from KDTW to EGLL. Snacks are also available at the rear of the cabin. The inflight entertainment will keep you entertained for the entirety of the flight too.

Cabin crew service marginal. Started with the safety announcements by Sebastian. I've heard it a hundred times, he's said it a thousand times but NO ONE understood anything he said this time.

The food choice was marginal: meatballs (just meatballs) or a salad. The salad was slimey and had no dressing. When I asked, Sebastian just showed me his printout that only listed the slimey salad. When I was almost done he stopped by with a cup of salad dressing. Too little, too late.

I don't expect gourmet but I do expect palatable.

By the way, Sebastian hid in the galley the bulk of the flight.

Flight attendants were horrendous on this outbound flight. Nasty as ever, and very much unhelpful. Delta's A330-300 Biz Class hard product is also not what it should be. It's time for them to do a retrofit to the product they have on their A350s and some 777s.

The boarding and deplaning of Delta flights is a circus, and in this case the boarding of the plane started really early, and then sat on the tarmac for another 30 mins. Flight crew was really friendly and attentive, asked often if I needed anything else.

The flight was cancelled because the plane broke while we were at the gate, but there was nothing delta could have done to prevent it. They booked us individually into our own hotel rooms and paid for everything. They worked extremely hard to get our group of 50 people onto another flight.

I like delta airlines, but the atmosphere isn?t always the best, crew will some times just be there because it?s their job and aren?t always there when they are needed. They perform their safety demonstrations with no issue. They?ve been great there. I?ve only really had one or two flights in particular I?ve been very happy with. Most others it?s just another flight. A certain other airline never fails to please me, so this isn?t my first choice but I would never hesitate to take a delta flight.

I will never fly with Delta in Economy again. I'm 6'3 and had no legroom at all. Even when sitting up straight as I could my knees were touching the seat in front of me. I was LUCKY that there was no one in front of me that could have reclined the seat... - I had WAY more legroom on a 4h30 flight with southwest, than on a 9h (plus 1h40 delay) with Delta. - Comfort Plus is, okey but not really a premium economy, if you can get it cheap, do it. Otherwise I wouldn't bother with Delta.
