Decent quality if you take into consideration a price for the ticket. Unfortunately, Lot has a wierd policy of seat booking: you are always getting the most horrible seats without a chance to change it later on. The only solution here is to buy a seat beforehand.

Flight operated by Getjet on an A319 with child size seats, limited legroom (I'm 183 cm) and an indifferent cabin crew that closed the galley curtain right after takeoff and emerged only for the essential services. The plane was standing in for the grounded 737 MAX so overall still worth two stars since we didn't nosedive into the ground.

Flight canceled the night before take off.
Lot offered to get onto the next flight scheduled to take off at 10:45 but this flight has been cancelled as well
Lot offered to get onto another flight scheduled at 19:40... Who knows if it will take off!
No way to get any information on what is going on, at the company desk in France where rumors about LOT going bankrupt!

The flight from Amsterdam on 12 June 2019 was late and I missed my connection flight to Rzeszow. Getting to the terminal took me 40 minutes after landing, nobody waited for passengers at the gate to help find another connection or provide information. I had to collect my baggage at the lost baggage desk which took another 40 minutes and I had to walk 3 times between the bus terminal and passenger info desk to find the hired coach because nobody knew where it actually was and coordination between airport personnel was really bad. No willingness to help, no communication, no information. After some 3 hours the bus finally departed to the destination airport. I arrived 10 hours behind schedule.

On that day, the same situation happened to some 50 other
passengers from my flight and flights from New York and Toronto, which suggests that the aircraft to Rzeszow actually departed half empty.

Thank you LOT Polish Airlines. I'd rather fly Ryanair next time.

Typical EU flight provided by LOT - only one small snack, small airplane with only one toilet (second was reserved for business class, where nobody was flying, so basically it was used only by cabin crew and pilots). Boarding in WAS by bus, SOF - by tunnel

Flight cancelled and they only provided flight to Warsaw. From there, nothing. I needed to book a train from my money to travel to Krakow. Awful and terrible customer service. They only provided First Class, the remaining, was not their problem. They should provide alternative, they are violating the Law and Passenger Rights. We will prepare a claim to fight for our rights.

Caabin crew was suprisingly very nice and welcoming. waffer and bottle of water was enough for a such a short flight yet too bad that the service isn't the same as on LH flights.

Nice and clean Embraer. Super nice and friendly crew. Very service oriented. Good meals and drinks in business class, especially for the short flight time.

After a diversion I got stranded in Brussels. That?s where we flew, when Dusseldorf was closed due to bad weather. I can understand why LOT flew there instead of Cologne/Bonn, but the communication should have been a lot better. Especially as we had to wait more than an hour to debarked the plane.

Nonetheless I would fly again with LOT.

Great cabin crew service, very warm welcome, quick service cause its night flight, after 1:30 h of flight lights out and if you want you can sleep or watching movies. Meals was fresh and enough. 2 meals and few drink services. Bar at the end if you need something more like instant soup/tea/beer or some sweets. Its a pleasure to travel with this airline

If there is one thing I love with LOT, it is the flightmanship of all the pilot and copilot I have ever flown with. I am frequent traveller and I usually take Miles and More member airlines. But LOT crews fly the smoothest, concentrating on the comfort of the passengers, reading carefully the cloud patterns to make sure to avoid the littlest turbulences, while the others go straight whatever lies before them. As I am scared of the turbulence, this is very appreciated.

Pretty good flight. Boarding and deplaning was easy, Business class was first for both times. The flight crew were kind and helpful, and they had great English. The seat was the same as Economy, which is expected in Europe. No entertainment screen. If you?re not a seafood lover (I?m not) you wouldn?t like the meal as it was all seafood. Overall the flight was great and I would fly LOT over other airlines.

Amazing flight in the 787 business. You have priority boarding and deplaning. And the flight crew were great with adequate English skills. Probably the most retarded airline in the world. They cancelled my flight just minutes before departure, without any explanation, without offering any help and without even saying sorry. That makes 3 cancellations and 1 huge delay on 6 legs. It must be some sort of record.
It seems that any staff capable of normal or even friendly behavior is instantly removed: I've never seen any of them smile, they can only answer with single words and they really show that they want to be anywhere but at their job. I can't understand why Lufthansa is tolerating this, the airline is in clear need of a huge clean up, especially given the success of competitors like Ryanair and Wizzair on the Polish market.
In other words: not recommended.

This was very comfortable and punctual flight. LOT offered free tea or coffe and water plus free chocolate bar. Paid food and beverages were also offered. I tried ham sandwich and soft drink. Very good quality and low price. It's far better offer than free food offered by many other european airlines including Lufthansa.
LOT is not the cheapest but very good airline compared to competition.

Linie lotnicze LOT sa mila niespodzianka szczegolnie dla tych, ktorzy czesto lataja i wiedza, iz wiele linii obniza standardy. Natomiast podczas zaledwie 4h lotu w cenie biletu byly dowolna ilosc kawy i herbaty oraz batonik.
Duzym dyskomfortem niestety okazal sie w tym wszystkim pilot, ktory chyba zalozyl sie ze wykona najwieksza ilosc kolowan w powietrzu jak rowniez zlapie wszystkie mozliwe chmury i nie byly to odczucia jedynie moje (osoby nieznajacej sie na prowadzeniu takich maszyn). W moim odczuciu LOT z tego wzgledu byl bardzo mocno nie komfortowy.

LOT Premium Economy: Not worth it. Extra services does ***not*** include fast lane in security check, check in, lounge access, food besides a small dish, food choice, extra space on board. It includes extra baggage and priority boarding (and a small starter on board). Besides that, LOT is a pleasant airline - Premium economy is just not worth the money.

The worst flight experience flying over the Atlantic! We have flown with many airlines, such as Lufthansa, Air Canada, Aero Mexico, British Airways, Air France, Delta but LOT had the worst on board service! Sarcastic stewardesses who obviously were not trained well. They were avoiding to serve passengers. I asked for water and was told to get it myself, they were to busy talking to each other. We will never fly with LOT again for long distance flights.

LOT is lowcost among normal airlines companies. Not because of the prices but because of their services. We got only small wafer and cup of water, everythinf else is paid. And you can't make on-line check-in at every airport so you can't choose your seat and sit with your friend.
