Great airline my flight was on time on time and the cabin crew were nice to me and showed me where to go they gave out a free drink and snack to everybody and every seat had an universal plug to charge your devices. overall i had a great experience. although no WIFI.

This was very comfortable and punctual flight. LOT offered free tea or coffe and water plus free chocolate bar. Paid food and beverages were also offered. I tried ham sandwich and soft drink. Very good quality and low price. It's far better offer than free food offered by many other european airlines including Lufthansa.
LOT is not the cheapest but very good airline compared to competition.

This was first nontop flight from Warsaw to Singapore. I have flown in Premium Economy class. Comfortable seat, very friendly staff and tasty food. Surprisingly very good ticket price. I enjoyed the flight. Will fly with LOT Polish for sure again.

Special flight of Boeing 787 Dreamliner to Madrid. It was an outstanding experience, mainly due to the catering served onboard. The plane itself offers wonderful views from big windows and good IFE experience.

Nie lecialem jeszcze tylko Dreamlinerem - pozostale samoloty zostaly zaliczone. Ogolnie mozna powiedzic ze jest czysto, milo i sympatycznie. Co prawda w samolocikach ktore lataja po Polsce - bombardierach jest troche malo miejsca ale w godzinnym locie da sie wytrzymac. Smieszy tez troche mini princessa i szklanka wody. Bardzo zadowolony bylem z B767 - w rejsach za ocean - zawsze mila obsluga i dobre posilki i dobry wybor alkoholi. Ogolnie warto latac. LOTem blizej

Linie lotnicze LOT sa mila niespodzianka szczegolnie dla tych, ktorzy czesto lataja i wiedza, iz wiele linii obniza standardy. Natomiast podczas zaledwie 4h lotu w cenie biletu byly dowolna ilosc kawy i herbaty oraz batonik.
Duzym dyskomfortem niestety okazal sie w tym wszystkim pilot, ktory chyba zalozyl sie ze wykona najwieksza ilosc kolowan w powietrzu jak rowniez zlapie wszystkie mozliwe chmury i nie byly to odczucia jedynie moje (osoby nieznajacej sie na prowadzeniu takich maszyn). W moim odczuciu LOT z tego wzgledu byl bardzo mocno nie komfortowy.

If there is one thing I love with LOT, it is the flightmanship of all the pilot and copilot I have ever flown with. I am frequent traveller and I usually take Miles and More member airlines. But LOT crews fly the smoothest, concentrating on the comfort of the passengers, reading carefully the cloud patterns to make sure to avoid the littlest turbulences, while the others go straight whatever lies before them. As I am scared of the turbulence, this is very appreciated.

Flight from Warsaw to Frankfurt. Just water was served but food and other beverages were sold for a low price. But the problem was that they just accepted credit cards, what is hilarious for a beer for 1 Euro. Plane (E170) was really good.

Great cabin crew service, very warm welcome, quick service cause its night flight, after 1:30 h of flight lights out and if you want you can sleep or watching movies. The flight was quite delayed due to severe weather in Chicago, hence once we were in the air, I just awaited dinner and went straight to sleep. I did not try the IFE. Wi-fi was not offered.

Boarding was disorganized. There needs to be better marking of the Business/Priority area.

Flight crew was very professional, polite and helpful.

Deplaning was fantastic. Business class passengers deplaned via their own jetway, and the curtain was closed to allow Business Class passengers to deplane calmly and comfortably.

Pretty good flight. Boarding and deplaning was easy, Business class was first for both times. The flight crew were kind and helpful, and they had great English. The seat was the same as Economy, which is expected in Europe. No entertainment screen. If you?re not a seafood lover (I?m not) you wouldn?t like the meal as it was all seafood. Overall the flight was great and I would fly LOT over other airlines.

Planes are really clean. Too bad it's always lack of the space for me because of being really tall. Unfortunately there is no free catering except of glass of water and little bar of chocolate (Prince Polo). The flight crew is really nice, always helpful. The flights are on time. I have never used WiFi on the board so I cannot rate it (during my flights there was no WiFi available).

Nice and clean Embraer. Super nice and friendly crew. Very service oriented. Good meals and drinks in business class, especially for the short flight time.

After a diversion I got stranded in Brussels. That?s where we flew, when Dusseldorf was closed due to bad weather. I can understand why LOT flew there instead of Cologne/Bonn, but the communication should have been a lot better. Especially as we had to wait more than an hour to debarked the plane.

Nonetheless I would fly again with LOT.

Amazing flight in the 787 business. You have priority boarding and deplaning. And the flight crew were great with adequate English skills.
