I understand that to the Caribbean it is ok to send old planes in the top seat number configuration, but the interior should be renewed. IFE 10 years old with remotes on wire which makes noise as hell, slow system, the display heats as hell too. Seats are old, not very comfy.

During this flight, we had an excellent cabin crew, friendly and helpful !
The food is improving on short European flights, we're served a really good wrap and a sandwich, with a drink (soft or alcooholic).
In general, the flight was pleasant, the seats comfortable and the service really good.

avion arrive avec 15 minutes de retard. Depart prevue avec retard 6 minutes. Sommes en realite partis avec 5 minutes d'avance. Donc preparation de la cabine et boarding ultra rapides.
personnel courtois et avenant + sourire.
collation conforme a ce que fait AF sur ces vols: boisson + sandwiches. Juste cafe pour ma part, mais alcool servis sur rangee a cote. Repasse en boisson et sandwiches pour les passagers le desirant.
Annonces en francais, anglais et italien.
pas de penalisation pour la categorie in flight entertainment sur un vol CC/MC. Presse francaise et italienne en porte. Presse numerique prechargee en vol. C'est suffisant.

Un vol tres agreable avec un personnel de cabine competent et multilingue ! La premiere fois que je voyage en Italie avec des PNC parlant couramment la langue !
Les nouvelles cabines MC sont tres correctes !
Petit bemol : le croissant etait tres sec, mais il ne faut pas trop en demander non plus !

This is simply the best airline I have flown with. Very helpful crew, eager to help us with the baby. Offered the passenger next to us a different seat so we could have more space, also brought us an extra blanket and pillow for the baby, and even some toys!
In flight food was very nice. They gave us a sandwich and a soup in a small cute bottle.
A classy airline, even when flying on a budget.

Reliable airline. Good, well maintained fleet, very friendly and helpful crew. Try the Premium Economy, it's awesome!! Together with CDG and AMS (together with KLM) they have the two most powerful HUBs in Europe. Hardly recommended though!

Never had a bad experience with them. I had one big delay in 2009, when the plane of my connecting flight got struck by a lightning. We had a delay of over 3 hours at CDG because of that. In this time, Air France organized a new crew and a new aircraft for us. They couldn?t take the original crew because they prepared a brand-new Embraer 190 for us and the original plane was an Embaer 145. The seats where still covered in foil. Awesome experience!

I love my national airline ! I 've flown with it for almost 60 times on different aircraft, B77W, 747, 318/19/20/21 , 330.

On my last long haul flight, i've been upgraded to Business class and the service was excellent. The new configuration of the long haul aircrafts is attractive and modern. The attention of the crew is top !

Excellent flight with a very dedicated crew and good food. The lounge at CDg in terminal 4S is brilliant with a very good choice of food and a very nice modern design. Air farnce on long haul is really improving and I am looking forward to the new seats that will bring more confort and privacy.

Short haul experience with transit in CDG. It's a normal short haul service, there is no more any difference between main carrier and EZY/RYR but it's overall nice to arrive always on-time, with smiling crews and decent airplanes. In-flight services are becoming less and less mainline and more low-cost.

Boarding was unorganized, they made passenger wait between the gate check and boarding bridge. Business class had nice food (foie gras patty was nice!), seats were long and comfortable although cushion fabric. Economy wasn?t bad either, food was quite good.

All in all and despite some irregularities and lack of coherence Air France continues to be one of the best airlines in the world.
Very Punctualy. In the case of a major bug (big delays, missed connections, breakdown of aircraft, diversion......) Air France is one of the few that really takes care of stranded passengers.
Their fare policy is rather inconsistent, some times you pay scandalous prices (one-way economy in Europe), and you may pay 3 times less in throwing your return ticket away, sometimes got get remarkable deals (long-haul business). Yes and the food is still one of the best.

Very good flight with great times, reaches destination on same day, so ideal for next day business trips. The Service on the plane as well as the entertainment is above average. The Boarding at CDG was a bit funny with a lot of waits, wait for the lane to open, then go down and wait for the tunnel, then wait inside the tunnel before boarding the aircraft, and then finally in. However there was no delay in departure, as it took off on time. The flight was smooth and arrival on time as well.

The Air France 'Best' Business Class is just outstanding! They offer 1-2-1 seating making an easy aisle access for each pax. Needless to say that catering is of high value to them for being a french company. Champagne is very good! The IFE doesn't leave any demands unsatisfied. Overall a very spoiling experience that I can only recommend to everyone else!

Surprisingly this flight was really not that bad. Crew was not as arrogant as usual, plane was comfortable and the wine they serve is quite nice for economy. Food inedible but that's kind of normal/expected on these short flights (on any airline). D
Delay was also less than usual - so overall pretty happy especially considering the competitive ticket price.

Personnel au sol comme en vol tres souriant et avenant.
CC tres agreble. A pris des photos de ma fille et nous a permis entrer dans cockpit (avec accord pnt tout aussi gentils).
Bonne prestation.
Collation dans la norme avec viennoiserie qui meriterai d'etre rechauffee. Le croissant ou pain au chocolat froid ... pas terrible.
entertainment en vol ... presse a dispo en passerelle (en realite juste avant) et par l'appli AF ... Sur un vol si court, cela est suffisant et non penalisant pour la compagnie je trouve

Panama Staff doesn't speak french and had no idea of the connecting boarding gate change , when you have 50 minutes to connect and knowing the Copa Ponctuality concept it'S not a good help . The connecting flight display is udefull if you update it
