They dimmed the windows short time after sunrise and kept it dimmed for whole journey. You should adapt to a new time zone - and not to have night all the time. They released the windows around one hour before arrival. So we had sunrise around 1:30 PM and landed. Crazy.

Legroom was terrible, food awful - this was a breakfast, crew formal and not overtly friendly. I would be inclined to avoid them in the future. This Air France flight was a code share flight with KLM - difference between airlines is substantial. If I know Air France is operating a leg - I will avoid

Boarding was unorganized, they made passenger wait between the gate check and boarding bridge. Business class had nice food (foie gras patty was nice!), seats were long and comfortable although cushion fabric. Economy wasn?t bad either, food was quite good.

The crew was very nice and overall I had a good flight experience.
But unfortunately they have a very outdated product on their 777 in the Carribean Version.
I flew with them to Punta Cana and back with 7 and 10 (middle aged planes), but the Seats and the IFE felt like in the 90's
Anyway the cabin was quite clean and spacious. (For economy conditions)

Very good flight with great times, reaches destination on same day, so ideal for next day business trips. The Service on the plane as well as the entertainment is above average. The Boarding at CDG was a bit funny with a lot of waits, wait for the lane to open, then go down and wait for the tunnel, then wait inside the tunnel before boarding the aircraft, and then finally in. However there was no delay in departure, as it took off on time. The flight was smooth and arrival on time as well.

A380 mediocre, too big, AF have let standards drop considerably, it's a bit like spot the frenchman on board, in glight entertainment like something out of the dark ages, glad to see AF dumping A388's in 2024, do it sooner AF, your customers deserve much better

Very clean aircraft. The crew was friendly and welcoming. The leather seats have a good seating comfort, but an inch of extra legroom is very welcome, but legroom is not a dealbreaker for this short flight

This is simply the best airline I have flown with. Very helpful crew, eager to help us with the baby. Offered the passenger next to us a different seat so we could have more space, also brought us an extra blanket and pillow for the baby, and even some toys!
In flight food was very nice. They gave us a sandwich and a soup in a small cute bottle.
A classy airline, even when flying on a budget.

The Air France 'Best' Business Class is just outstanding! They offer 1-2-1 seating making an easy aisle access for each pax. Needless to say that catering is of high value to them for being a french company. Champagne is very good! The IFE doesn't leave any demands unsatisfied. Overall a very spoiling experience that I can only recommend to everyone else!

Unfriendly staff. Since i was at the back of the business cabin there was only spicy food because they dont have enough meals for everybody. IFE is very good. If you want a drink you have to get it yourself. The cabin crew tells you to go get your coke yourself.

On BKK Air France is still using it outdated business class.
Kindnessnofnthz ceew and food quality doesn?t compensate the poor seating, wich isn?t neither Full Flat, nor Full Access nor Full privacy.

BUD-CDG actually operated by Joon. Avoid Joon terribble pitch, only drinks are free. No meal, no alcohol.
They sell Joon like new way of travel, but its actually a cost reduction move. Its a low-cost airline. iam platinum member for AF but i rather avoid them from now.

Surprisingly this flight was really not that bad. Crew was not as arrogant as usual, plane was comfortable and the wine they serve is quite nice for economy. Food inedible but that's kind of normal/expected on these short flights (on any airline). D
Delay was also less than usual - so overall pretty happy especially considering the competitive ticket price.

Great Airline with very nice crew. We had on board one free of charge drink and snack. Leg room was awful as I am a tall man (190cm). Nice flying of the aircraft with pleasant announcements from the captain and at the end, a kissing landing !

Legroom was good, flight crew was very nice. Food was tasty, with a choice of French or Chinese food (I took French!). IFE was excellent (tons of movies, games, live flight tracker, onboard camera) but it bugged and froze near the end.

We arrived delayed at CDG and just managed to catch the connection. The plane was pretty worn with old entertainment system. The flight crew was not really attentive. We paid 50,-EUR for the exit row and had passengers falling over our feet all flight long.
At HAV the baggge didn?t arrive with us and AF didn?t relly care. Now we are already one week in Cuba with no idea, where the baggage is. This airline is nothing better than any budget airline

Flew From Paris to Shanghai on the A380 in economy. The plane was nice and very quite, but the entertainment system was a bit old and with low resolution. In flight service was good with nice food and helpful crew.

Sur ce vol, personnel tres froid et peu agreable (ce fut aussi le cas lors de l'enregistrement a Nantes).
Service a bord : un petit sandwich de 10cm avec du simple fromage a l'interieur. Le tout servi avec une boisson = assez leger.
Vol parti a l'heure et arrive a l'heure, malgre des conditions meteorologiques hivernales !
Possibilite de prendre des journaux gratuitement lors de l'embarquement.

I love my national airline ! I 've flown with it for almost 60 times on different aircraft, B77W, 747, 318/19/20/21 , 330.

On my last long haul flight, i've been upgraded to Business class and the service was excellent. The new configuration of the long haul aircrafts is attractive and modern. The attention of the crew is top !

Panama Staff doesn't speak french and had no idea of the connecting boarding gate change , when you have 50 minutes to connect and knowing the Copa Ponctuality concept it'S not a good help . The connecting flight display is udefull if you update it

I fainted an hour before the landing, and the crew were so friendly and professional! They helped me out and i recovered, 10 minutes before the landing. Air France Crew are the best!

Terrible experience with boarding with a childs stroller. We fly couple times with Star Alliance with our stroller and it was always OK. But note for the AF. The person at the plane was not sure what to do, needed to call the manager, who don't allow to get it at the CDG, but insisted it will be checked to the final destination. She was rude and unhelpfull. We will try hard to avoid AF next time!

We have tickets to the business, but were relocated to economy, because they had broken business class seats. What is that kind of customer service? In addition to having more than half of luggage pieces destroyed and scratched upon arrival, this airline is getting worse and worse every time we give them a chance. Don't be stupid like we, please, avoid the AF if you can!
