First time on Alaska Airlines. Comfortable leg room on flight. In-flight services were adequate. Impressed with attendants when there was a medical emergency for a passenger in the row behind me about 1 hour from Seattle. Professionally handled well.

My first flight with Alaska Airlines, hopefully not my last. It must be the first time I've seen the pilot give his preflight speech standing at the front of the plane in front of the passengers. The crew were very helpful even taking time to write down details of places to visit for visitors. They were very efficient with their service overall. No entertainment or wifi but who needs that when you have a window seat...

First experience with the airline from EWR-SEA was fine. While the aircraft was six across the seats were tolerable, the flight crew friendly and the flight on time.
I wish that I had been warned in advance that the Wi-Fi did not support video services or that there was zero hope of being able to really use my laptop on the tray table because the seats were too close together.
The rental video devises are a cop out. No video screens in the seats? JetBlue and Southwest do it.

They board from back to front which is good. Give preference to people who have no overhead luggage but some people cheat on that. Seats on the 700- OK but still tight not comfortable as could be with space.

Alaska Airlines Is always my go to airline. Friendly Crews, great inflight entertainment. But when you are departing from a international airport with Alaska, all the staff seem very confused and everything is very disorganized.

Alaska is as good as people say, I rate it comparable to Virgin Atlantic. Brand new 737 with the scimitar wingtips. Cabin seems bigger, luggage bins can hold a lot.

After our experience EWR-SEA-FAI I was prepared to declare this the best airline in the country. Then we flew the return leg of that trip on the airline's new 737-900ER and all of that went away. The new planes are nothing more than steerage class cattle cars with spotty Wi-Fi and no power outlets in the seats. Avoid these planes where you can.

Better than average. Good pitch, recline untested.. flight crew was very friendly though the AA f/a was not. The f/o was speaking to me (as we waited for a subbed co to show up) and the f/a was insistent on my (pointless) departure from the fl. deck.

They had in-flight entertainment but to make use of it you need to download their app. Crew told about this app once we were on board of the airplane. So if you don't have a data plan no entertainment for you. Completely useless. They should inform about this while people are still in the terminal and can use the WiFi. AirTranast has similar system on an old A310 aircraft however in their case you can download the app while in the air from onboard server.

There was a couple with a small baby on the flight and they had to go to the toilet (I guess to take care of the baby) while the flight attendants where selling refreshments and their cart was blocking the way to the toilet. The couple asked if they could go past and the flight attendants were pissed that they had to move their carts forward. Pity that I did not record that...

The first flight of the day and it was delayed more than 2 hours. I had to SPRINT through passport control, customs and security in order to just barely make a connection that should have been leisurely. Only possible reason for this sort of delay is a crew rest issue...entirely within AS control. Furthermore I woke up at 4 am when I could have slept in if AS had provided any sort of notice that the flight would be delayed, which they did not until after I arrived at the airport.

Very poor, boarding was a mess. Passengers seated down the back stored baggage in overhead up front, and visa versa resulting in a mess of people trying to get their bags on arrival. Will never fly again with this airline.

Gate agent yelled at me to take off my Virgin America lanyard and Virgin America pin. She said Take those things off, its not even an airline anymore. Only 2 of the 4 flight attendants were nice and smiled, the other 2 had blank faces the whole flight and didn't talk.

The Virgin flight attendants were basically bitches. Insisting repeatedly that we stay in our seats when the lavatory is occupied. Hard to do when you have to go to the back from row 8!
