I try to fly with Lufthansa as much as it is possible... I never had problems with them, the stuff is always friendly and the pilots are professional. The aircrafts are clean and you feel safe all the flight.

Perfect, nothing to add. Boarding was straight forward and very friendly the welcome. Flight crew was super attentive and supportive. Service was over the top perfect, entertainment: more options than could possible be used on a flight even thrice the time. WiFi: stable and fast, could be for free in Business Class.

Over an hour turbulence so the crew had to wait with service.
After we got into more quiet conditions service went smooth and quickly. Well done!
I love LH the entertainment programm with its good music shows! Enjoyed Eric Clapton and a great performance of Carmen!

Lufthansa tends to be wonderfully consistent even on short-haul flights, which is definitely a good thing. There's not much in terms of entertainment and food options on European flights have been greatly diminished over the recent years, but all in all it's still a good and reliable way to fly.

It was just a short flight but I felt good on board. The crew was very friendly and the services was great. There was newspaper and the crew often made announcements how long the flight will take still.

Good service, punctual . and if not they inform you about it - modern aircraft interiors.
Both ground staff and crew are friendly and helpful.
Inflight entertaiment gets an extra thumbs up due to the wonderful musical programs (stored under TV), I watched a wonderful concert on the flight.
Wifi is good but I only used it for the LH-App.

For me is still the best company to fly. On board service is not the top of tops, but good and efficent. Crews are helpfull and kind (but German style). Planes are in good conditions, and you are almost sure to be at destination in time (which is the base need of travelling...). And their huge network makes alternatives always possible...

Flight was delayed by 2 hours due to cabin crew being taken ill. Lufthansa customer service staff greeted the aircraft in Frankfurt to assist with making arrangements for connecting passengers who missed their connections. Well organised and efficient

Excellent service onboard all flights. But must say the new thin, shitty recaro-seats suck the hell out of you. I've never had such a bad flight as from Frankfurt to Barcelona with their A320 NEC. Couldt feel my ass when we left the aircraft in BCN!!

Very helpful and nice crew. Offered water and juices really often, helps with everything. Food was really nice, even with metal cutlery in economy. The chicken was however mediocre and currywurst as a snack was really poor. The other services were however great!

This Summer I flew with Lufthansa?s 5 Star ratet business Class. It?s definitely 5 Star Service, 5 Star Crew and 5 Star Meals but they really have to upgrade their Business Class Product. As I travel with my family the 2-2-2 layout was not a problem but as a single person I would be really annoyed with the big lag of privacy. I really look forward to the new business class in their upcoming 777x

They're working on themselves. We've felt very, very welcome on board. Food was good (though it could have been more, we're both tall). Finely chosen wines and always smiling flight attendants made this one of the best long-distances flights we ever had though. Keep up the good work!

Super short flight (30 minutes scheduled), crew was very supportive, did their best for the two-course menue on this extremely short flight ina fully booked business class. Even had time for two rounds of extra drinks. Breakfast was great with a selection of cheese and various kinds of meat and cheese. Entertainment: none but the magazine. But ... on a 30 minutes flight and the great breakfast, anything additional would have been too much anyway.

Really good airline. Very friendly staff, and even though the plane I flew in was already a bit old (Boeing 747-400), it was well kept. Departures and arrivals on time. Good in-flight entertainment and meals. I'd totally recommend them.

Operated by Eurowings A330 long-haul aircraft in full charter for a tour operator. Great service including free drinks and a warm meal. Due to the widebody aircraft, the flight was quite comfortable and 20 minutes ahead of schedule. That was a great flight!

Nice Flight. Easy boarding, helpful gste-staff. I had a window seat and the sky was absolutely clear, almost unlimited visibility.
Service was prompt and friendly.
A good warm lunch was served and I had a pleasantly tasting white wine. Two rounds of drinks in a 2:35 hr flight was very decent. Arrival ahead of schedule.
In Frankfurt we had an apron-position, so busses took us to the terminal .

Kyiv to Frankfurt. A very nice and smooth flight. The crew were AMAZING. Serving drinks and food to passengers who were in the lavatory during the service. The Flynet wifi worked well, but didn't have a lot to offer. Overall a above average flight.

In general very good.
Two shortcomings this time: Wrong Safety Card in seat pocket. 747-400 instead of 747-8. Crew replaced it on notification. Found a lone AAA battery in a carpet fold on the floor - handed it to the crew for disposal.
