Nice experience, among the few airlines that still offer complimentary drink service in Economy Class, flight ZRH-VIE in evening featured small cheese sandwich, as always LX hands out their iconic small bars of chocolate

Everything was fine and somewhat around the average. The crew was - of course - kind and helpful, I felt safe and comfortable flying with Swiss International Airlines :) Planes were .. pretty clean, but they somehow felt old.

By far were the best flights i have ever had. Crew very cordial, very good food served on board and chocolate for free. One of the best airlines in the world. Very friendly and attentive crew, always motivated. The service is also good, you get a snack and a beverage for free on shorthaul flights. The chocolate at the end is a very nice touch.

I flew to St. Petersburg from Brussels and from Moscow to London City Airport. Both airbus planes were less than 2 years old. Clean and comfy seats, lot of leg space (i'm a tall guy so this is what I care a lot about). I had a great vegan meal and unlimited drinks.
Layovers went smooth and easy, no delays, no stress. I would def fly with them one more time!

Great company, really great, the crew is very friendly, the food is delicious with Swiss specialties, the perfect little lunch and during landing, chocolate finally arrives! Of competent and motivated in their business drivers, avoid areas of turbulence, they try to make the flight enjoyable, great!

Fantastic airline, always punctual and friendly. Nice interior and comfy seats with lots of legroom. Friendly staff and crew. Free food and drink service on short-haul, which for Swiss people will make them feel right at home on-board. Theres even a free Swiss Chocolate as well, which shows the extra touches that you look for in an airline and makes you proud to have it as your nations carrier.

Very nice crew on this flight. Beside the personal greeting by the purser during boarding, she came along shortly after departure, greeting each passenger personally and asking about wellbeing.
Flight was nice and food was tasty. They had some special seasonal Swiss beer aboard which tasted nice in the air.

Swiss is by far my preferred choice for intercontinental travel. In all three travel classes, they offer superb service, great food and a comfortable seat in Economy, Business and First. The crews are friendly and are very accommodating.

Swiss has been awarded several distinctions for its service in business class in Europe. Attentiveness by the PNC, good meals, wines, champagne and liquors at will. I consider it as one of the best airlines in Europe.

Swiss air amazes me with its service for economy class. Even for us in economy, we have a small lounge! Where we can chat and have snack. Granted there can only be maximum of 5 people at the same time. But still. But their flight attendant is sometime quite rude.

Leg room in 777 was surprisingly good, and seats were comfy. Food could have been better especially a breakfast. In flight movies had a surprisingly updated range of movies, including oscar winning movies from this year.

Interior dated, and IFE unit kept locking up making watching a movie difficult. I've experienced similar difficulties on qantas 747s. Fair selection of movies and TV shows to watch on demand, though far fewer than those on many newer aircraft. Enough space between seats (I'm 173 cm), IFE box located under seat in front, though I managed to fit both feet beside it and stretch out. Seat wasn't the most comfortable, but found that using the pillow for lumbar support gave me a reasonable sleeping position. Adjustable head-rest also helped. Food departing Zurich was great for Economy, and a little nicer than what they served departing Singapore. As always, the Swiss chocolate at the end of the flight was a nice touch.

Swiss is a really awesome Airline! Modern Shorthaul Fleet, nice Crew and good Service. It?s always a pleasure Flying with Swiss. Sadly Not always with Wifi onboard. And Mounting a GoPro at the Window is not allowed sadly.

Meiner Meinung nach eine der besten Europaischen Fluglinien.

I flew Business class on the Swiss 777-300ER from BKK-ZRH. Even business class passengers have to pay for WiFi... Really?? I mean I can understand Economy passengers having to pay, but premium passengers? A little ridiculous if you ask me.

Specific comments to my flight LX093 from GRU to ZRH on 14.08.2018:
Bad experience due to high temperature inside the airplane throughout the flight. In spite of having a good seat in Economy Class (23C - exit row), I could not sleep during the whole trip, arriving completely exhausted. I am a quite frequent traveler and since long time I did not have such uncomfortable cabin.
My separate comment about Swiss 777-300ER also describes the cheap configuration Swiss has chosen for this aircraft. And they do not charge cheap for the tickets.

Short haul european flights with a Zurich layover. The first one was a longer sector (LHR-ZRH) and we received an hot breakfast snack with two drinks plus the typical chocolate before the descent. Got plenty of transit info before the landing on the screens. Second sector was really short (half an hour) and we got a bottle of water and again the chocolate (operated by Helvetic). Really lovely service and the interiors of both aircrafts were new and comfy. I would rate Swiss between the top european short haul airlines. For the first time I've got the feeling I was Flying something different from the typical EZY/RYR (quite better than BAW,KLM or AFR as an example).
