Captain handle situation very well. Torrential raining keeps airplane at bay but he calms down by making repeated announcement. Nevertheless, the crew are too reactive. They also do their job in a very inefficient way. Otherwise, inflight services isn't turned on. Don't know why.

Plane was changed from B787 Dreamliner to B777, without any information. The old B777 was extremly scraby! The old Business seats had broken reading lights, broken entertainment screens, broken headrest and were NO full beads like the dreamliner. BIG BIG Dissapointment!
