Very friendly staff at all levels: restaurant employees, security officers, baggage personel, shopping stores people. Atlanta has very friendly people. Instead is a huge airport, is very easy to transit between terminal and gates. Really imposed with this airport

Once again only complaint was it?s sometimes very tough to navigate, luckily I had a lot of time on my connection. Nice, clean, pleasant staff. Lots of shops and restaurants. Make sure to get to your gate THEN explore or you probably will miss your connection.

Only transited through Atlanta so can't rate getting to the airport... Modern, clean, big airport. All the gates require an underground train which runs every minute. Very reliable and very clearly signposted. Leave some time as if you are trying to get from pier A to F it takes about 10 minutes on the train. Great places to eat and lots of shops, nice airport!

Delta's main hub, very busy airport, big crowds, but surprisingly easy to navigate. Tons of food and shopping options. Love that they have pink berry. Right connections are made much easier by the tram, the external tram takes you between hotels, and car rentals, and the airport fairly easy.

It is a wonderful airport. There is a lot to do, and I always enjoy my layover here. There are a lot of people coming and going. The seating is great, and there are plenty of plug in for you electronics.

Very nice airport that's easy to navigate through. Very organized and very clean. Lots of shops and restaurants. Only reason I gave it four stars is because sometimes it takes too long to take off due to the amount of air traffic.

Not my favorite airport. Maybe because I hate driving in ATL and always tend to get lost on my way to the airport. The car lady took her own sweet time to check me out much like the way they had checked me in. Then ran in to a bunch of spring breakers at ATL and that made security longer than it needed to be. I always wonder how random people get put in pre-check while a more frequent flyer like myself has to go through regular security. Almost missed the flight.

Arriving at international terminal was a surprise. No crowds, silence, not stressfull, but the immigration had a 'computer'-issue at that day and immigration was about 1,5hours - if this is normal to wait that long, then it is not acceptable.

I have only flown through ATL a few times. I always expect it to be really bad, given it's status as world's busiest airport but it never ceases to amaze me how good a job they do here. Things are a tad spread out with so many different concourse buildings but everything moved smoothly, lots of options for shopping and eating, etc. Customs/immigration was much smoother than Miami. Baggage claim was solid. One thing these big airports never do all that well is free WiFi - I hope and expect that to get better over time.

Despite long walks between the concourses and no bagagge carts I must admit that ATL is a top performing airport. On 4 flights, domestic and international, we had absolute no delays, taxiing went pretty fast and we always reached our destination on-time or slightly faster than that. What I found bothersome is the aircon, which is always slightly too cold and doesn't give me a cozy feeling. Concourse F is an awesome nice place, great shops and design, but way too pricey food stores! Low WiFi. Immigration was very fast.

Inbound flight to ATL on March 22nd 2019, the walk from the arrival gate in Concourse F to immigration was pretty short but it took an hour waiting in line to get to an immigration officer. Among the 15+ immigration desks I could see from where I was standing, only 6-7 were open and in use. Another passenger got sick while at the immigration desk so that desk needed to be closed and cleaned. It then took the officer 10-15 minutes to be operational again at another desk. The baggage carousel was empty and my suitcase was resting on the floor next to the baggage belt due to the slow pace through immigration.

If you aren't familiar with the Atlanta area, getting to the international terminal can be tricky. On the flight out on April 1st 2019, the departure area of the international terminal was very quiet, I completed the bag drop, passed through security and got to my gate in Concourse E in 10-15 minutes! WiFi at the gate did not connect but otherwise a great departure experience! A great airport but I wish immigration went more quickly!

Wi-Fi for some reason only available in restrooms. Anywhere else, the network shows up, it is possible to connect to it, but you still don't have an internet connection.

Self check in machines - not all worked, issues recognising passports. Staff disorganised. Security check, more disorganised staff. Terminal facilities - not much variety for an 'International Termainal'. Quite surprised that for a major airport hub - you had to pay for WiFi!!

Hartsfield-Jackson is one more airport next to ORD and others where TSApre does not work at all.
If you are Global Entry Traveller, you get a printed discription to present to the officer at TSA. However the officer does not know about nothing and is ignoring the TSApre document. - You have to take the shoes off, the belt etc... No use at all.
The baggage came astonishingly fast as was already on the belt, when I arrived. - Probably due to the waiting line in TSA?

Landed on time, sat on the taxiway 20 minutes between 2 active runways waiting for a gate. Waited over 30 minutes for our luggage to get to the carousal, the forever tram ride from baggage claim to the rental car facility. This airport SUCKS.

Very busy, it is best to look at a map before you arrive. Lots to do and many lounges. Fast tram service between terminals. Free wi-fi and large gate areas.Many food choices.Just wear comfortable shoes,you will be walking a lot

I have learned my lesson to never ever enter the US in Atlanta. Madness and chaos are the two words that come to mind. Don't mind the airport itself though, it's huge and crowded, but interesting enough to kill some time between flights.
