A small but very nice airport just some 20 minutes drive from the ancient city center. Nice services, polite and helpful staff. A lot of souvenirs Made in Thailand shops, not very expensive. Clean and cosy.

The airport is very close to the city, so easy to access. The terminal is good, convenient and clean, and have some restaurant and cafes. However, they tend to ignore priorities in the baggage claim process.

Airport is very close to the city centre. Only a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. The dedicated taxi stand near arrivals provide a guaranteed reasonable fare to city destination.
