Nice and cosy airport. Not too big but with a good variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Views over the platforms are perfect, there is something to see while waiting. Signing and routing is ok.

Glasgow airport could not of been flayed for our trip .
The staff were very polite and welcoming to us also clearly sign posted of gates

Very good public transport links to the city centre. Efficient security and check in queues very quick. Good access to WIFI with 1 hour for free. Lots of shops and eating outlets available. Very good airport would definitely recommend!

GLA is undergoing constant improvement as is always getting better. Airport looks modern both inside and out, with the exception of some gates on the central and east peirs which look a little outdated. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Security is always flawless and even at peak times is very quick. Shops and restaurants are good but there are many more being added. Departures is spacious and offers good views over the aprons. WiFi is lacking behind other UK airports with only 30 minutes free. Overall, a very efficient airport with excellent connectivity and ever-expanding route network.

It's an OK little airport but certainly lacking against the bigger ones like Changi.
The facilities are very few as are the food and shopping.
Saving grace is the staff are friendly most of the time which is something lacking in other UK airports.
Overall a solid 2 star airport

Glasgow Airport is terrible, it needs done up, more shops and nicer staff. I didn't get free WiFi and you are forced to walk through duty-free. The toilets were a mess and smelt. There wasn't enough seats after security and the wait was horrendous at security, waited in excess of 30 minutes. When we asked why we got no answer, just said they would try their best, they clearly were not.

Glasgow airport is a great choice for travelers very low ques lots of shops gate areas are well sign posted,also 3peirs easyjet and loganair domestic,domestic for flybe and ba and international tho ryanair depart from gate51 no matter of destination.

Flown through here lots over the years. Reasonable experience, but a little run down. Plenty of shops and restaurants though, but no fast food once you are airside is a bit of a let down. Good choice of flights and times.

Glasgow is in need of some big improvement but they have started to improve the airport. The big one was the security area. They improved it a few years ago now and it makes a big difference. The waiting areas at the gates look dated and are in need of improvement.

nice airport. all im botherd about is the security some bags that went through the x ray machine the took no notice of they were talking to someone. and i don't like the way you have to walk through world duty free to get to departure gates and other shops.

Airport is outdated. Confusing, drab and maze like terminal building that feels gloomy and in need of a revamp. The 747 bus takes forever to get from the city centre to the airport. Lagging behind other airports in the region. That said the security check was swift and the check-in staff personable.

The wait to go through security was horrendous, we waited 60 minutes. Staff were very unfriendly and very unhelpful. The toilets were unclean both before security and after security. Rubbish choice of restaurants and shops. If you can, I advice strongly that you use Edinburgh Airport instead, it has quicker security (every time) and much nicer shops/facilities/seating areas.

Having spent many visits to various emirates lounges around the world, This was my first time in the new dedicated emirates lounge in Glasgow and was not disappointed. Relaxed atmosphere and staff could not have been more helpful or courtious.

Good Public transport from City Centre to Airport, good facilities at Airport, Wi Fi only 30 Mins free, then must purchace more time, but is quite fast.Food and drink prices reasonable, and found security very efficient and fast, not much waiting around at a busy time on a friday evening

The airport is overall pretty rubbish, check in queue was massive and no effort was made to help this matter, security -again- had a massive queue making it a boring, lengthy task, the shops and restaurants were nothing spectacular either. As with every other thing, boarding took a long time for the average size B757-200. Also no WiFi.

After arriving in Glasgow from Dubai the immigration queue was jam packed so it did take a while to get through there. But at least the staff at 'Police Scotland' were nice and pleasant and really gives a warm welcome back home. The airport really needs to be refurbished as it did look really rundown and tacky but they are working on it but really slowly. Baggage claim wasn't great as yet again it was just jam packed with lots of people and it did take time for my bag to come through

My experience at Glasgow International Airport was alright. It was good that they provided 1 hour free internet. But the atmosphere in the airport just seemed to feel really dull and slow, especially when all the shops closed up around 9pm.

Security clearance fast, baggage collection very very quick. Facilities badly need upgrading in general.
The old airport is showing through and it's quite poor compared to Edinburgh, however it's less busy and everything is faster due to that. Best part of the terminal is the holiday pier which is more modern than the rest. Worst area is where the cheap carriers depart from along with Aer Lingus, this is truly awful with no services and the cheapest of cheap plastic chairs, it almost makes me use Edinburgh instead.

Dull, no natural light. Knock down that plastic looking modern terminal and unveil the 1966 termina - glass from floor to ceiling

Some of the gates are sub-par. Road links are good, when there aren't roadworks at Arkleston. Rail link is still badly needed. Room for improvement in the number of check-in desks and in the amount of staff on security.
