This time all was perfect (maybe the arrival time is a reason): immigration - 1 min, baggage claim - 5 mins, wifi was working perfect. Getting to the city is still an issue (with the bus or taxi).

The new airport, conveniently and quickly. In the area of domestic departure there is no cafe, only water from the cooler. The domestic boarding by bus. There is no alternative how to get to and from the airport.

KBP airport... For the Euro-Championship it was definitly reconstructed. A new terminal was build. I was there in 2010, before Euro 2012. Thatswhy I can't say something about it. But it is in my country and I can't give a mark lower than 5!

Hey. Guys you can use app for ordering taxi - HOPIN http://hopintaxi.com/app/ It has EN, FR, ES, DE, IT ... languages. Without registration and calls. Also you can see your car on the map. Price to Kyiv 200-300 UAH. If you haven't UAH you can add credit card to your account in the app and pay with it.

Kyiv Boryspil is Ukraine?s biggest airport. It is quite easy to get to it, via SkyBus or Boryspil Express. There is a fast WiFi connection in the Terminal D.

Good new terminal D. Sometimes there might be significant queue on the customs control. There's no railway transfer to the city, only bus. But taxi is very cheap, it is about $20 to get in any part of Kiev.

- Very expensive water in the airport, it's even cheaper to buy water in the aircraft than in the airport. No working internet. The is Wi-fi but it's very poor and your to get somewhere a password of access to the internet. Food - just fat fast-food, also very expensive.
+ The airport's building is new, modern and very clean. The sittings are very comfortable. It's very easy to get to the airport because of close appearance to the Kiev city. The personal is very polite and self-organized and always ready to help to every passenger in every situation. Check-in/baggage check process is quick and professional.

Now with new D terminal in service everything is much better than few years ago. The terminal is half empty, there is lots of space, almost no queues. Public bus service has also improved with the stop just opposite the exit and with frequent service to city center

Had a few flights arriving to/ departing from terminal D. The terminal looks new and modern. There is a 24/7 shuttle service that connects the airport with the downtown Kiev - the one-way ride ticket costs 50 UAH (~ $5)

First time here, modern terminal, not over crowded, usual facilities. X-ray scan as you enter building and again after check-in. Quiet. Surprisingly few police or soldiers. Staff friendly, including passport control and security. They are building a new terminal, although this one does not seem to have reached capacity yet. Only downside Wi -Fi very slow, I gave up, Duty Free all in Euros, but little in the way of local souvenirs.A bit pricey for drinks, but thats true elsewhere. Nice view of the runway in the waiting lounge.

BA Lounge is a shared lounge but quite comfortable. Limited supply of food, although they have soup and a couple of hot dishes.

Airport in general is good with lots of shopping and quite clean and modern.

The so-called 'free wifi' allows you access to the airport's site only.

Not enough chairs near the gates where people are waiting for thwir flights.

And at night you can barely see outside, where the planes are.

Borsipol-D doesn't have any restaurant in the Duty-Free zone. The only cafe doesn't have tables and seats to eat. And WiFi works very badly here.

Very fast and easy check-in. WiFi is working but you should update every 30-40 minutes.
Stuff are nice and polite.
There was an promotion from KLM and all travelers could write their emails and chose where they would like to fly in future.

Tiny airport in Kharkiv. Security and border control very quick. Very few facilities available but it could be worse. When getting a taxi use a booth rather than the touts.

Average airport, not many places for food, and lounge is pretty bad with rude staff and bad food. Wifi is really good and security tends to be fast. Check is is normal and there's nothing wrong with it.

Toilets were surprisingly clean. Airport in good state. Unfortunately the was sometimes quite rude. There weren't many shops and if you have to wait a longer time it can be boring there. Long queues at the security checks.

The airport is just OK, but the main airport of a country should be waaaay better. The most annoying things are illegal taxi drivers, which harass arriving passengers (just ignore them or bargain hard to get a reasonable price), and absolutely insane prices on food and drinks. Sometimes long queues on the passport control.

Nice airport overall, great facilities, and even a playground in the lounge.
Complaints: Announcements are very annoying and constant.
Smokers lounge not ventilated, it is a nightmare inside, like they want to punish smokers on purpose.
I also didn't like the culture of waiters asking for tips (they tell you tips are not included in the price and ask you to make a separate CC transaction for the tip.
Waiters should be well paid, and not be made to beg, it's bad for them and annoying for the customer.

Food is increadibly expensive. Getting to the airport is also prolematic due to distance between Kyiv and the airport. Taxi rates are very high.

Terminal D (the new one) is the most terrible I have seen. There is a lot of free space, but no caffees, restaurants or places to spend some time. Just seats near the gates and couple of small duty free.
