Upon our arrival first, the immigration took a good 45 minutes, with only 6 lanes out of about 25 being open. Shocking when considering a arrival from Korea and UK had happened.

On departure, secuity lanes took a very long time as well, but once airside, a wide choice of eateries and shops available (at least in T3), cheap duty free, not so cheap restaurants.

Love the ability to gamble and play slot machines while you wait. Lots of seating area in the terminal as well. Also great for plane watching.

Had tons of options for food, but most of them were closed. We flew out on a Friday night. A bit odd for a friday night around 6pm.

McCarran is always semi-organized chaos simply because the sheer volume of people and planes going in and out of there 24 hours a day. It is easy to get around and the food options are plentiful. Security is fairly smooth even when it is crowded.

TSA in Vegas is a disaster, allow 2 hours minimum. Always nice to start a trip being groped by ex Walmart employees after waiting in a line for an hour. TSA needs to go away, as does most everything GW Bush started.

The slot machines are fun, but there are a zillion of them and they contribute to a very crowded feel. Otherwise, the layout feels claustrophobic and the gates are spaced soooooo far apart.

Passengers should attend to the signs about baggage claim as there are two terminals and if you go to the wrong one then you have to take a bus to the correct one :)

Try to get an early morning flight out of McCarran, as it would help you avoid the crowds. The restaurants in the terminal are limited and overpriced. However, a lot of retail stores to browse before the flight. The terminal structure also allows for a good flight spotting session before your flight. Overall, the experience was thrilling and hassle free.

Excellent aeroport, tout est facile. Tres lumineux, possibilite de se nourrir tres correctement et pour tout les prix meme a cote des portes d'embarquement. Bagagerie simple et rapide, personnel disponible et affable. Grande facilite pour prendre ou rendre un vehicule de location. Aeroport confortable a tout points de vues.

I really liked this airport. They even had slot machines! One word of warning, if you take a taxi to your hotel don't get overcharged! If they take the highway, they are taking the scenic route to rack up your bill. If they do that, take down their name and number and report them. The taxi company will get heavily fined. Loved that they had a Carl's Jr!

McCarran is a maze and crazy, but I like it anywhere. There's light everywhere and the infrastructure is modern. Alao, you know where you are when you leave the plane and immediately find yourself surrounded by slot machines.

No Delta lounge,, drinks are very expensive,, typical Vegas, gambling machines all through the terminal, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, if you have to transit or leave via this airport, suggest you get there as late as possible

They really hit you over the head with gambling galore, and the second you step off the plane, too. If you're not ready for it, the onslaught of bright flashing lights and cheap melodic jingles can really take you by surprise. It's like getting woken up in the middle of the night by having a bucket of water splashed on your face.

Easy to get out of (back in can be a challenge based on travel time during the day/evening. Slots available for entertainment before security and near gates. TSA security can get crowed so best to give 20-30 minutes buffer. Services are good and plenty of options nears gates. There is an AMEX lounge here along with many other options.

Very poor signage in T1 regarding which gates you should go through and the security lines were very long. Maybe they should remove some of the slot machines and focus on making the 'airport' a more customer focused location.

When you arrive in LAS and you see all those slot-machines everywhere then you start feeling the very particular atmosphere of this unique city. Other than that LAS remains a functional airport as it should be.
