Very good airport, had no probs there. Queue was long, but staff worked very quickly and we had no problems. Airport is very tricky by itself but that's no problem. Enjoyed time there. Not sure about the WI-FI though, haven't tryed it.

nice and good looking airport. cant say a bad word about it. quick and easy. it had a good view of the runway to watch planes take off and land. loads of shops. but there is a pub/restaurant that doesnt do great food i would avoid it.

After landing helpful staff. I waited only five minutes for my baggage, toilets are clean, restaurants and shops are very busy, but there are nice souvenirs and tasty food, the best was sushi. Great airport!

The airport is too far from any part of London.
I had to drink the whole water bottle before going to the security check, so make sure your bottle is not too filled (there's a fountain in the bathrooms that fills them with cold water).

If it wasn't such a mission to get too (the other side of London), I'd love it more. But everything is made effortless, especially as the majority of people traffic are frequent travellers, security is speedy.

Plenty of options in Duty Free for shopping and eating.

Everything at Stansted was fine, although it was the day of the bus fire so we were delayed getting our coach home. Flight departed Prague and arrived at Stansted on time although we were one of the last flights to arrive at Stansted and not be diverted.

The past occasions I've used Stansted has been mid-afternoon or evening flights, where the airport is a lot quieter, however this occasion was a early morning flight, and as expected, was very busy indeed in security, then follows the meander thru duty free to the departures area. M

Compared to Gatwick Stansted staff are great, my wife is disabled and the staff are very helpful.
The services and shops are plentiful.
Stansted is easy to for finding your way to the gates and the trains to the gates run every couple of minutes.

Another great airport. Really like what they have done with the place and its very easy with the transit to get to the gate. Also time flies at stansted so i always arrive at least 2/3 hours prior to my flight.

Same old Stansted really. Busy security in the mornings, with not enough lanes open, and upon return, queuing for customs, but now all EU and UK residents are forced to use the automatic gates, of which there are 30, but over half are always out of use!

We got the National Express coach to the airport which arrived slightly early. Security was quick and easy. Went for breakfast at Coast to Coast. Not the best but not the worst either. Wi-Fi was decent.

Nice and really good looking airport, most flight from here are ryanair flights, and like for cheap airport this look very cool and fancy. I expect very bad airport like on other airports where mostly flights are only ryanair flights. Very recommend!

In spite of all the problems people encounter when travelling out, we never get these problems. Most are cause by the pax themselves not arriving in time to get through the mega busy security and then, spending too much time shopping or in the bars.
