Bergamo Orio al Serio est un aeroport de taille moyenne, mais tres agreable, le terminal est lumineux, pratique, spacieux, beaucoup de boutiques et de restaurants/fast food/ bars cote airside. Des portes d'embarquement bien degagees, nombreux sieges disponibles. Un grand centre commercial a moins de dix minutes de marche. Des bus dans toutes les directions, entre autres Bergame et Milan, gare de bus juste a la sortie, indications claires et precises.

Die Beschilderung am Airport is absolut verwirrend. Car Rental Abgabe wird manchmal an derselben Stelle in verschiedene Richtungen ausgeschildert und eine Richtung fuhrt dann ins Nichts. Kunstlich lange Wege, die durch eine Shopping Mall fuhren wie durch einen Irrgarten. Sicherheitskontrolle total unfreundlich und patzig.

There is no sheltered way from the aircraft to the terminal.
De-planing without a pier, under heavy rain, the stair down the aircraft had no roof, the bus was parked too far.
At the terminal the bus stopped in the open rain, not in the sheltered area.
Driving from the airport to the motorway (2 km) took 50 min, due to traffic jam

Troppo affollato. Le indicazioni non sono chiare e le persone si piazzano dove trovano posto. Poco intuitivo. I biglietti per l'autobus per la stazione di Bergamo vengono venduti allo sportello che dichiara Stazione di Milano, mi chiedo gli stranieri come riescano ad organizzarsi una vacanza in Italia.

Bad indication to certain gates... they force you to pass through commercial spaces. Plan in advance... Smoking area in an open air patio after security checks.
Security cjecks are speedy, but there is always a long queue.

The airport is so complicated and confusing it took me 20 minutes to get from the security to my gate. In this time I needed to get through a labyrinth of shops and restaurants. Another faul are toilets which are in basements and it requires to walk down by stairs with luggage.

Very convenient airport with a lot of destinations available. Super quick self-bag drop. Security can be crowded at times, though. Really good choice of food and shopping outlets after security, but still easy to navigate around.

The airport is small, but there are a lot of flights. It has just one security check line for lots of flights, so have time before departure!!!

Koszmarna obsluga pasazerow. Dlugie oczekiwanie. Obsluga czepia sie wszystkiego, kazdego centymetra bagazu, ludzi. Chociaz lot byl o godzinie 22.30 to od 21.00 wszystkie sklepy, strefa tzw. wolnoclowa zamknieta. Nawet nie ma gdzie kupic wody do picia. Ale obsluga na Gate to koszmar. Ludzie nastawieni sa tylko na utrudnianie zycia podroznym. Nie przyjemni, opryskliwi. Jedno z najgorszych lotnisk/obsluga/ na jakich bylem. I to kolejny raz na tym lotnisku wszystko co napisalem znajduje odzwierciedlenie, widac taki maja tam styl bycia. Grubo sie zastanowie zanim skorzystam kolejny raz z lotu na to lotnisko.

The airport is small and well connected to europe, it offers a lot of destinations and it can be a great alternative for other airports in the same area. The Terminal facilities are satisfying and the baggage claim is fast.
The only black spot is the connection with Milano, there are only buses available about every 30 mins and it can take minimum 50 mins to reach the airport, worst if there is traffic.

A fantastic airport in the heart of Lombardy. New and fresh atmosphere and all services available. The home of Ryanair and one of the best airports in Italy.

It is relatively easy to get to the airport from most of the surrounding area, including Milan and Lake Como. Security was a disaster but the departure lounge was excellent, with many shopping and food options.

The new BGY interiors are well done and much better than the older BGY terminal. Quick custom and the terminal is small enough to make everything quick and easy. Issue is that the actual BGY cannot stand 10mln passengers and when there are heavy periods there is way too much people. It needs expansions.

Nice airport very close to the city center of Bergamo. Has direct buses to Milan with very good prices. Many shops and restaurants inside. Spacious area around the gates. Although it seems to host mainly cheap airlines, it looks like standard airport in any other bigger city.

Airport that is growing very fast, the third in Italy. Based in a strategic position. The building is new, excellent atmosphere and nice staff at the terminal. Prime operative hub for Ryanair in Italy

A little bit of claustrophobic airport but in the complex nice annd well organized. the only negative thing is that the majority of duty free shops and others are located after the security checks and so before you cannot see anything. Orio al serio shuttle is faboulous!!

Easy to get to the airport by car, security check was quick but not very accurate, terminal facilities are good, wifi was pretty slow. Food choice acceptable, the lounge was good. Overall a nice airport.

I dont like this airport.Many shops here gates are too far away i almost miss my flight because in airport is shopping centre.And you must pay for wifi.Toilets are dirty.Check-in is also very bad.

This airport is located about 60 km east of Milano and it's very easy to reach by A4 motorway (exits: Bergamo or Seriate). Through the latest years it grew very fast.
It is a Ryanair hub and there are flights to every Europe's corner.
You also can find WizzAir flights and some charter flights to leisure destinations.
The terminal has been renovated recently with lost of new shops, restaurants and other stands.
Moreover some new parkings have been built to meet the huge boost of passengers.
To reach Milano central station and Malpensa airport there are lots of shuttles that go back and forth all day long. Obviously it is also linked to Bergamo's center and train station by local buses.

Bergamo e un gran aeroporto, il terzo che da servizzio alla citta di Milano. Il terminal e moderno e spazzioso. E efficente e comodo. A volte si fanno troppe code nell check-in, perche Ryanair e la compagnia predominante in questo aeroporto, e usano un solo check-in counter per 2 o piu voli allo stesso tempo. Il resto abbastanza bene.

The Airport was quiet OK. Unfortunatly a lot of work in progress so a large part of the Airport can not be used yet. There are not much shops open so it it not THAT great attraction actually. But as Told because off Ryanair an WiZZ a very nice Airport to start from.

It does for what this airport was built to do. It is a small airport, and it is a hub for low-cost carriers (RyanAir most notably). Since on yearly bases has 8.000.000 passengers per year it is always crowded. The connections to the Milan Central Station (Milano Centrale) are quite good. There few shuttle bus companies that offer transport every 20 minutes (from and to Bergamo Airport). You will get your 30 minutes free WiFi, but after using them you will have to pay.

Horrible experience. The airport was more like as an aged train station. The maintenance was completely absent. In some places the floor was fully damaged. The check-in zone is too small if you take on mind that this is the major cheap-flights hub in northern Italy. The personal in the airport was not so bad but the hole place was completely indecent.

Stopped at the security check because my boarding pass was printed in a small size, but absolutely readable.
I had to rush to the check in to have a new boarding pass (frre of charge).

Boring security check people, rather arrogant (Ryan Air style approach, even fr those not guilty). The WiFi - more than one - are incredibly invasive, asking many stupid questions and tracing you and your fellow travellers. Food, the usual poor quality/price ratio.
Bus to airport.... treacherous!! Take care because you are not allowed to buy tickets on-board, and when the tobacconist is closed you are dead...only the most skilled users know there is a hidden automatic machine 50 metres away from the stop and not showing which is the area zone you must choose.

One of the best Airport ! Big food area and a lot of shops... Very clean and pleasure Airport. Getting to the airport - only 15 minutes from Bergamo by Bus and cost only 1,5 Euro. A lot of direct connections by Ryanair to the Europe.

Kinda arrogant personal at security control. Bad sortiment in Tax Free, very poor English overall. Wine-shop was better choice to get some local wines.
Slow transportation to planes. No air-condition.

An avarage airport, which is good. The only thing i didnt like about it was the buses that bring you from the terminal to the aircraft. They shouldnt have stairs. Why didnt they obtain an even-floor buses as u can see it on other airports.
