Was Offered PreTSA without the need for putting things on trays. It was the beginning of a long week end. Hence the crowd was too much to be served by the facilities. I was standing in the LIRR train all the way from NYP to Jamaica.

JFK airport is a beast airport in the world.American airways inside environment is very relaxable. the crew staff is very good. refreshment is not good but we suggest to American airways service center please take action about refreshment matter. at last travel of American airways is peacefull for other airlines.I PROUD TO BE A PAKISTAN.

Very nice flight crew..super friendly..landed 40mins early! Whoop whoop..first class inflight meal was either cheese lasagna or beef short rib..i had the beef..extremely tender..yum yum..wine and spirits selection was also great.

The airport and terminal is very big. be sure to follow the terminal maps and food is beyond TSA so no need to rush if you are hungry. TWA hotel on the airport grounds is a great place to rest if you don't mind going through TSA again.

One of the best airports in the world! Very organized and quite comfortable. The food was good and the lounges are quite nice. The only problem was not the actual airport but the traffic which slowed us down. Immigration did not take to long especially with the machines and was quite easy to get through. Our baggage arrived quickly and we made a quick commute to the city. Overall a great airport!

Transferring from JetBlue to Hawaiian was as simple as a walk down the terminal concourse to the end where the Hawaiian A330 awaited us.
Always huge lines at the Starbucks here! Beware of that or you'll miss your flight!
T5 is my favorite terminal.

There's a big difference in quality between the different terminals. I've only had experiences with Terminal 1, 4 and 5. Terminal 5 is nice, but connection to the AirTrain is a bit lengthy. I've only done outbound flights from Terminal 1, but it is not as good as Terminal 4, which is my regular terminal and which is also the one I like most. My appreciation for the Terminal has become very popular especially after they've installed the electronic immigration terminals. Arriving at JFK was a lottery. You could be through in immigration in 15 minutes or over 3 hours. Now it rarely takes more than 5 minutes. It now takes me around 15 minutes to get from the gate to the AirTrain. Excellent!

Beautiful Airport, definitelly the biggest Airport I knew, I was very happy and excited, arriving to New York for the first time in my life, speaking all time in english. The airport staff was very nice and warm with us. In customs was the same. My rate is five stars for this Air terminal.

Terminal 7 at JFK has been refitted and of course Concorde has its own dedicated check-in counter! No queue, I had checked my bags and had documents in hand within 5 minutes. I got Seat 12D which is the second row in the second cabin (Not a bad seat!)

The breakfast was a self-serve buffet, consisting of: pastries, breads, fruits, smoked salmon, grilled tomato, baked beans, English sausages and eggs. There was also a bartender on hand to serve you your favourite drinks. I like the idea of pre-dining.

You can board the plane straight from the Concorde Lounge!

Queuing through immigration was a bit of a ball ache, but could have been worse. Once through, it was easy to travel from the airport direct into Manhattan.

Leaving from JFK was easy and getting through security was a lot easier than most other airports, as liquids and electronics are not removed from hand luggage. Plenty of shopping in Duty Free.

A world-famous airport. A beautiful airport with many terminals and shop, by cons, it's a huge maze. This is perhaps one of the most secure airports in the world. Many officers in patrolling constantly. I recommend this destination.

We arrived very early, but immigration at T8 was still very full, it took us a long time, and the machines were not that easy to use. Luggage had already been unloaded when we got there but ours hadn't arrived.

Very quick deplaning/boarding, as well as security and customs checks. The one slow thing was check-in. I've only had the chance to experience T1 and T4. Overall I'd say it's a very good airport. For me at least, all the horror stories I'd heard about security checks were just fiction.

Terminal 1 looks like old, but the service was great. A lot of customs clearance lines were opened. I passed the border in 1 hour, despite of many of people. The flights were from France, Emirates, Italy, Finland and we from Russia.

My flight departed from gate C63 in Terminal 2. I stayed near Penn Station so getting to the LIRR and then to the JFK AirTrain was very straightforward. Unfortunately, Terminal 2 requires exiting the station and walking a fair bit the to the terminal including crossing a few streets. The signage could be slightly improved. Once inside, security with TSA pre-check was a breeze.

The portion of Terminal 2 with gate C63 is a little bit cramped and has what I consider to be limited food and drink options. Brooklyn Beer Garden is definitely NOT my favorite spot.

Solo luego de un rato, un vagabundo/homeless que pedia las tarjetas de metrocard que los que partiamos no usaramos, nos dijo que el servicio no estaba funcionando por una huelga...pasa hasta en el primer mundo entonces

wifi is not free. They do provide a 30min free session i guess that can com in really handy. Overall the internet speed was good if you had to make a skype call or anything else.

Too hard to reach from NJ. The swissair check in attendant made a lot of noise on our visa expiry date that coincided with the day of our return.

The boarding was good. We were given complementary Christmas cookies for our journey on Christmas day.

JFK Airport ist huge but you can organize yourself quite well getting to the right check-in counter or other facilities using the AirTrain or something.
The staff at the security check is not as friendly as I would have expected but overall quite good and fast.
Wifi in the terminals is just poor! The free wifi didn't worked out well, however you have to pay for your wifi if you want to use it.
Overall, the JFK is a quite good Airport, for traveling on international legs.

Use the LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) to get to Manhattan rather than the subway! It takes 20 minutes to get from Jamaica station (connection to JFK Airtrain) to Penn station and costs only $7! The train is actually rather comfortable as well.

Terminal 2 is small, but convenient. Especially when you're in a hurry. Terminal 4 is huge and 9 times out of 10 theres a people mover that won't work and when you're in a hurry, those are crucial in saving time. I wish T4 and more fast food options, too. They just added Five Boroughs which is a food truck style food court. I have yet to try it, but I've heard it's inexpensive and tasty!

Immigration and custom process take very long time probably because few flights were arriving at JFK Terminal 4 at same time especially A380 flight hence very long queue!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express nearby and used their shuttle to get to the airport. I flew Emirates and their checkin is very good, I usually get to the airport fairly early so the lines are not too bad. Security is less than pleasant and all airports, JFK is not too bad and it usually goes pretty well. The Emirates lounge is pretty good, the A/C is not consistent throughout the so if you sit near the windows it is a little hot. Also plugs are not well distributed so sometimes it is hard to find an outlet where you can look out the windows.

I love JFK airport. It does take a while to get off the runway and most flights I have spent around 30 minutes on the Tarmac. However, the airport is very well built and depends on what Terminal you fly out of. Terminal 7,8 and 2 are pretty good in my opinion.
