Aeroporto bem localizado a alguns minutos do centro, apesar do taxi ser caro e de se esperar de um aeroporto internacional, porem na volta descobrimos que tinha onibus tambem, uma boa opcao pra quem quer economizar. No mais, um bom aeroporto.

A primeira boa surpresa e que as pessoas sao muito atenciosas, ajudam com a lingua e tal.... aeroporto bom, nossas malas chegaram rapidinho e saimos direto para o taxi, nem vi muito do aeroporto local.

Modern and pratical, not too far from Santiago, it can be reached through Autopista Norte, that leads to Santiago's main neighborhoods There is a special shuttle bus called Centropuerto from Downtown and from Subway Station Pajaritos. Check-in area very huge, with lots of options of shops and restaurantes. I disliked the treatment of TAM's personal there, all of them being rude. Passport control and security check very easy, and boarding area was a bit crowded.

Al principio me resultaba un poco reducido en tamano viniendo del Aeropuerto Ministro Pistarini de Buenos Aires, pero enseguida me acostumbre a tener todo cerca del sitio donde estaban mis amigos esperando para hacer el embarque al proximo vuelo con destino a nueva York.

Muy lindo aeropuerto, algo alejado de la ciudad pero de facil acceso. Lo unico desagradable es que mi maleta estaba sellada y alguien la abrio, no se si fue la seguridad o la aerolinea, pero eso no me gusto, por suerte no me robaron nada. Lo que tambien es horrible es la fila que se arma cuando ingresas al pais, muy larga y lenta. Para hacer el check in al regreso, es rapido porque hay muchos counters. Los lugares para comer algo son caros.

Santiago airport experience is improving but it is not there yet. LAN's VIP lounges need to improve in order to meet world class standards.

Nice modern airport with very good food and retail options but also very pricy. The real frustration is the poor signage and long lines at immigration -- be especially careful if you are looking to make an international connection, it's easy to get misdirected to immigration.

This must be a temporary situation, but Santiago airport seems to be under construction forever. For the last, say, five years perhaps, I have hadto walk along corridors bordrred by huge wooden boards painted white. I don't know what's behind them but I feel like a hamster in a cage.

I hate large airports, and this one doesn't make things easier for me. It's just... dull. It's not an airport where you want to stay for long.

Nevertheless, it has the basics for an economy traveller. Check in and security check are usually speedy, even though the premises are clearly insufficient for the growing number of users.

Como ya he viajado con Iberia y no me gusto nada, pues esta vez, para ir a Praga escogemos billetes ida y vuelta con las chech airlines ( CZA AIRLINES) y asi nos quitabamos de disgustos. A la ida - todo perfecto. Viajabamos con un Boeing no se cuantos, pero ibamos a gusto, las azafatas muy buenas, un servicio genial, con una comidita bastante aceptable, con bebidas, con todo incluido. Salimos casi a tiempo desde Madrid

Regular, nothing special, actually, I think that the Tocumen International Airport in Panama still being better than the Arturo Merino B in Santiago, but whatever was a great trip, really pretty country, the women's and the food, the service in the airport was normal, the crew on ground really sucks, and was too hot inside the airport.

No hay banos para ninos donde puedan entrar mama y papa. Eso hace que cambiar el panal de tu hijo sea muy complejo. En el despacho de las maletas, en LAN nos hicieron problema porque llegamos muy temprano. Nos citaban 3 horas antes, llegamos 2,45 antes y aun asi decian que era temprano. Policia cada vez mejor. Ahora no se llena ningun papel. Esta mas amplio todo lo que es negocios una vez pasado migraciones.

Terribly understaffed/under-sized for peak times - second time in two recent flights that we had to wait half an hour for a gate to clear, then further delays getting luggage of an hour after that in carousel hall.

Getting into SCL airport is easy.First you have to get CentroPuerto bus.It costs about USD2.50 one way.Then I took the metro from Pajaritos station all the way to Baquedano.
Check in was full of people.Air conditioning doest work and bathrooms are THE worst.
Security check is pretty good but sometimes you have to take a bus from the gate to the aircraft (even with almost 40 degrees).Wi fi is limited after 45 minutes for free.

Dont have Wifi in the airport. Just in a lounges. The Lounge of Lan is new but poor and to found it is like a miracle, in the moddle of the dutty free.. The Admiral Club is a Little bit better. The wifi there is really good.
If you need assistance is dificult to found somone. Is a small airport and have a lot options to eat a snack and drink a coffe.
If you fly in Business Class or First Class dont hurry up, every one use the same finger/bridge to abord the airplane. Dont have double finder/Bridge service.

Chaos. If you are transferring from the domestic flight to international you have to leave the terminal, go through a crowd of people (incl. taxi companies that harass you to take their service) and then terribly slow passport control. Everything is slow, crowded and badly organised. Santiago de Chile deserves better airport. Said all that, they managed to reroute my luggage to correct destination in less that 1.5 hrs, thus 2 stars.

Not a very good airport for visitors. Old and tired in places with no heating for the winter season. Unhelpful and unfriendly airport staff and long immigration queues on departure. Arrivals overcrowded with badly placed taxi desks.
No free wifi, overpriced duty free compared to local Chilean prices. Lack of flight displays, and no clear signs for things like currency etc. A very disappointing airport.

My wife and I fly here every two years. There are way too many peoole at this airport. It takes us about 2 plus hours to get through customs and then we have to connect to a domestic flight to Valdivia. There are not to mant facilities to use. Always crowded. You must give yourself at least 3 hours for transfer to your next flight or you might not make it!! Expanded airport is needed.

Getting into the airport is convenient and fast.
Wi fi is for free but only for some time.
Distances are pretty big.
Immigration process is fast but customs is really strict.
I only get a hand luggage by the time I go to Chile.
