Always enjoy traveling through SNN short walk from aircraft to immigration and to baggage reclaim staff are very friendly and welcoming it's always a great experience

Being local we always say that Shannon has potential to grow so much more and since its independence in 2013 growth has been remarkable. Traffic figures have grown year on year since along with a multi million investment to revamp departures, security and duty free.

I think it needs more in the departure lounge. I know the airport has seen a drop in business over the last few year, but it does need to invest in facilities for passengers waiting to board the plane. I also think floors and ceilings need to be brought into the 21st century in the

live only ten minutes away from Shannon so it is very handy for me. Has improved a bit since it went independent but still can improve on air traffic.

it should get more business because it has the longest runway in Ireland and its the first ever airport in Ireland too. its an old airport but if it got the business it could be something great

all the departure gates are now new with old thrown out, the airbridges are from the old pier c in Dublin.
