What can I say? Singapore's amazing. Full stop. We had a 6 hour delay, stayed in the pool for 4 hours, and had a great time!

There's really nothing negative that I can think of about Singapore's Changi Airport. Their exceptional service extends beyond the airport itself as getting to and from the airport is just a cheap $1.60 each way on the city's MRT network. The complimentary unlimited WiFi is not just limited to airside and is fast too. Baggage claim has never failed to impress with bags ready to be collected as soon as I pass through passport control (which in itself is also quick!).

Singapore Changi really held up to its worlds best airport title. All in all a very nice and clean airport. Really nothing to complain about.

It is almost impossible to fault Changi. It works like a well-oiled clock and is kept running at the peak of efficiency.
One thing that would be good is if they could decongest the main concourse area in Terminal 2. The shops are nice, true. But there are so many as to give the impression of being crowded.

I'm SQ Solitaire so the amenities and lounge are hard to beat. Generally, the terminals are well designed and lit, food choices are ample and varied, reasonable book stores.

If you count steps, walk by all the gates in the three terminals, easily 14,000 steps from T1-T3 and back. Leave at least two hours for the excercise. Carpeted terminals are easy on your legs. Heathrow is also a great airport for walkers but for different reasons.

Great clean airport and one of my favorites to connect in. Staff and facilities are top notch. Not to mention all the little places you can stumble into such as the butterfly Garden. That being said the WiFi process needs to made a lot easier. Other major airports in Asia it's simple as connecting. But Changi has a process and confirmation just to gain access.

In genreal SIN is a good airport. However, honestly I do not understand why people are so excited and admiring of Changi airport. In my opinion SIN is an airport like any other, nothing that special, its just an airport. However, SIN has managed to make it's immigration and security check system a breeze. Overall, SIN is a well run airport, but nothing very special.
I did visit the SIA Kris Flyer Gold Lounge in T2. The food selection was good but the facilities were laking.

Transited through Singapore was a breeze, large spacious terminals with lots of interesting thing to look at apart from the retail services. Lots of things to keep you amused while waiting for you flight.

The facilities I have used at Changi are without doubt the best in the business a brilliant airport well thought out for the traveler who needs an airport that is easy to navigate and it is all here at Changi.Nest time I am in Singapore I intend to spend a day at the airport to check out the entire concept from a visitors point of view rather than a passenger.

The airport is excellent and has a lot of facilities. The time to clear immigration is also very quick. I visited the butterfly gardens, and even watched a movie! I am proud to live in Singapore and hope to see even better things, like more self check in options and greater accessibility.

Changi has to be the best airport I currently know.

Security: very easy

I spent some hours waiting for my flight to Germany. Many restaurants, comfy armchairs and free internet connection. Great airport. And the butterfly garden is also worth a try :)

I have been flying thru Changi to London for the past 20 years. This Airport is still one of the best in the World! Its clean and has a plethora of things todo and over that time frame of using this airport it has never looked tired.

Fantastic airport with endless facilities. Only issue is you have to either have a global roaming sim or approach a counter to get wi-fi. Other than that, awesome. Very large airport, with a bit of walking required to get to some of the further gates, but travelators are prevalent.

Cannot find anything negative about it. Staff, design, facilities and circulation is all smooth and efficient. Looking forward to the Terminal 4 that is being constructed.

Changi is just a great airport. Plenty of space to walk around, plenty of activities that can be done within the terminal, so it's hard to get bored at this airport.

Best airport I've ever seen. There are lots of greens inside the airport which reminds me of the downtown Singapore. DFS's dutyfree shops have a bar which gives you free drinks.

1st time passing Terminal 4 and it surprise me as a low cost terminal .. there is no difference to the other 3 terminals.
Very convenience to check in using the self check in machine.
A lot of chair to sit while waiting and also a lot of food to choose.

Singapore Air has adopted European style checkin arrangement for Econ class pax, i.e. only self-serve kiosk available for checkin and boarding pass/luggage tags printing.
Therefore no special requests nor change of seats/request for block seats could be made!
