Getting to the airport was no problem whatsoever. Booked a taxi the day before the flight and got to the airport with plenty of time to spare.

Airport was suprisingly calm for this time of the morning, check in and security check were all done within 20 minutes.

Terminal facilities were plentiful but the toilets were quite dirty. Airport wifi was barely working, really slow.

The Menzies Executive Lounge un terminal 5 was adequate, quite small and no view of the runway but fast wifi and relaxing nonetheless.

Enjoyed this passing through Arlanda, but it could?ve been better. 4/5

Very good airport. The only thing I wish they'd implement is the ability to have baby strollers until the gate, instead of checking them and replacing them with these awful airport strollers.
They do that in Athens, and it is the most convenient thing ever. When traveling with a baby, every extra bit of convenience can make a lot of difference.

KLM/Air France arrive at Terminal 2 which is kept quite clean and organised. Bags arrived and this time the ones marked priority arrived among the first couple of dozen. A slight improvement. Baggage claim there are two bands on either side of the exit. Band 1 is the first to encounter. Band 2 is the nicer one with wider spaces and more light.

The expeirence at Arlanda is just perfect and they have a free wifi for up to 3 hours and your normally not at the Airport more than three hours. They have a faster wifi inside the lounges.

Lots of people find Arlanda a bit of a chaotic place, but I don't see it the same way. Everything is well signposted and it gives a very spacious feel. Public transport is excellent

I wouldn't always think of saying Arlanda is a fantastic airport (and my review is for terminal 5 only). But then you fly to Manchester and realise just how wonderful Arlanda is. Security is always efficient and usually no real queues. Many shops and Cafes. Lounges are a bit thin (The Amex lounge is great for relaxing and food - not for work), and the non-airline lounges are average.

It took a short time from landing to being in the arrivals hall but the score is also high because of good signs.

Since I only had hand luggage it was a breeze getting through to the gate and the toilets seemed fresh

My home airport and everything just works. Not nearly as busy as airports like Frankfurt but even clearing snow during winter months.
Another plus goes to the general staff. From check in, security and customs they all do a good job.

It would be nice that the luggage appears faster.
Also if someone is not from EU and they in that queue they should be send to All Passports queue. Otherwise it becomes very slow if that person has a visa issue.

Chaos settled at the airport. A multitude to travel on vacation with a storm over the airport was a fatal coctail. I arrived at the airport 3 hours before the scheduled flight time. It took me 1:10 to drop off two suitcases, in a queue that seemed to had no end. In the monitors for our flight there was no indicated of the boarding gate. At the scheduled time for flight on the monitor appeared: Gate closed! After that, SAS was not available to provide information since the company was not aware of the gate number that was only available by 7:00 p.m. A delay of two hours. Luckily we arrived in Frankfurt before the scheduled time and the flight to the Oporto was delayed 15 minutes. I managed to get home but without suitcases that probably arrive today. We will see.

Getting to the airport was no problem. Parked the car at the BETA car park and took one of the free 2 minute bus rides to terminal 5. Entering the airport, it was very crowded (as it usually is for the morning tourist rush), queuing to the security check was horrible. The food in the terminal was expensive, but that is typical for airports.

Terminal 2 is small with very limited number of Food and retail services. But the basics are there.
Getting there from the rest of the airport requires quite a long walk.
No personal to assist with automated check-in and bag drop procedures.

I almost missed my flight at 9am due to very long queues at the security. Free wifi is only for 3 hours, but that is more than usual traveler needs. Otherwise pretty effective airport. And oh, at the terminal I was boarding the urinals on the toilet were positioned towards the apron with a window you can watch the planes. A plane enthusiasts dream!

They packed whole plane into one airport bus. It took 25 minutes until last passengers came while the rest was waiting in the bus with doors open and with -13 degrees outside.

Security check in Terminal 5 is way too slow, line that ended way from the security checkpoint. Security-agent was chewing gum, making jokes to each other... A side of terminal 5 is old, small and hot.

Security was very quick, but it was because I had Fast Track. Although, when sitting up in the lounge I could see quite a long jam for Check-In and Security. The lounge was owned by SAS, and I'd give it a 4/5 rating

Arlanda always offers the same dissapointing experience. Extremely bad and slow baggage handling, and relativly bad security control. The Terminals are all old, apart from pier F. Swedavia (which run the Airport) never fail to amaze... All of their Airports (e.g. GOT, ARN...) are all just as bad.

I have been to 55 countries and this is one of the most complicated airports to move through. Just going from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3 you have to go up and down a maze of stairs, elevators and if you dare miss one sign then you will be lost. Going to Terminal 3 is a challenge, you go 5 to 4 (normal so far) then 2 and through 2 you go to T3

Arlanda is an enjoyable airport, if a little spread out. The high-speed Arlanda Express train link is excellent though pricey. The experience was smooth overall.

Stockholm Arlanda is my home airport, a very nice airport in my opinion. Public transport links are quite good to the airport, same thing applies if your coming by car. WiFi is free, which is very good if you want to check out social medias or something like that after landing. The customs were pretty slow waiting in the line, but the process when it was my turn was pretty quick. Baggage claim was okay, but it could have maybe been a bit quicker.

If you live in Europe union countries you can't buy alcohol drink in duty free shop. Food shop in advertising home made food freshly prepared but it is not true.

Allt ar bra forutom for fa sittplatser som ar bekvama vid lang vantan. Sen ar Arlanda inte snalla mot bagage man har med sig. Mitt gick sonder och allt som lag i vaskan akte ut pa bandet, nagot pinsamt! Sen missade jag en flight en gang pga en flygplatspersonal hanvisade mig till fel gate. Sen en dalig svensktalande kinesiska som ropade ut mitt namn fel och jag uppfattade inte mitt namn ingen annan heller. Blev en heldag pa Arlanda innan avfard mot Hamburg. Fick betala ny biljett. Men senare mot beskrivning tillbaka biljettpriset. Sa det tackar jag for. Sa respengarna blev inte sa mycket som jag tankt mig.

ARN is a bit hard or expensive to reach from central Stockholm. This time, as usual, I took the airport coach (Flygbussen) which offer a 45 min ride from Stckholm for SEK 99.

I am a gold member in Star alliance and use the business class check-in, fast track through security and SAS gold lounge. I have no complaints on these services.

Lounge was bad but Airport has been upgraded somewhat over the past years. Liked th availability of smoke cabins. Security at gate were outright rude, as was the SAS woman checking the boarding pass. The good outlets are expensive - SEK 135 for a sandwich.

Getting off the plane, leads you off to narrow and long corridors. Bad signing makes it very hard to find your next gate. Longs stretches to walk just to lead you to the outside and make you go trough security screening again! Airport is to big fir its own need, 5 terminals to not apprehend this airport.

Sometimes a little confusing to navigate. Miss one sign and suddenly you have no point of reference for which part you're walking in, in my experience. Otherwise a normal, nice enough airport. Easy to get into Stockholm with public transport.

A nice airport. For som reason its not always clearly stated which terminal you are in and where you are supposed to go. However Sky City is a must to check out. It's really just another mall, but it's formed in quite an interesting way.

Nice and clean airport, easy to get to the airport, either by cab, Arlanda express, buses or commuter train. Great amount of shops and other services, though are the prices unreasonably high. Security are usually great with not to much of a queue, wi-fi is slow from time to time. Something that's not great with the airport is the amount of time taken when you wait for your baggage. Overall a good airport which gives you a good overall experience.

When the plane arrived to its parking position there was no ground staff available. Passengers had to wait for someone to arrive This has happened for the second time in a row. Looks like there is something totally wrong in the organizing of the ground handling in Arlanda.

The airport is nice and spacious. Getting there from Stockholm, however, is very expensive. If you don't mind walking a lot, you can ride a train to Marsta and walk some 5-6 km to Terminal 2. There are 220V sockets near the Clarion Hotel.

Most beautiful airport I've ever seen. Great atmosphere , lots of restaurants and shops. Really easy to find ur gate and I enjoyed flying from there.
WiFi is only free for 3 hours then you have to pay a price per hour.

Aborted landing due to bad weather, circle and hold for aprox 20 mins, other than that Norwegian is a great airline and i adore the WIFI, i never had any problems with it. And the service is good aswell, nice and polite i will travel with them again shortly.

Getting to the airport from Stockholm City is very easy, if you chose the Arlanda Express, going there by taxi is often a very expensive and time-wasting choice... The train takes you to an airport quite far away from Stockholm, but the trip only takes about 20 minutes with the Express Train, so no big deal.

The check-in is terrible, often loads of people, and it's just very unorganized in my opinion. Security check is often faster, but you can be standing in queue for a while if you are unlucky. Otherwise it's great. Wi-fi a bit slow, but it could be worse.

Very calm and spacious airport. Not noisy, but still has many retail options (T5). Food options are varied, from fine dining to (good) fast food.
Getting to the airport is VERY expensive, the train is almost ?30.

I absolutely love this airport. It's spotter friendly and has good facilities. You can take the airport shuttle train from Stockholm City to the airport in just 15 - 20 minutes. The airport has a lot of food choices and the lounges are okay. The bad things is the Wifi wich only lasts a few minutes and then you have to pay. The baggage claim is also not fast at all it takes a lon time for the baggage to come. And when we went into the customs it did not seem so well organized and it was not so secure. But except that the airport isawasome and the biggest one in Sweden! I always get excited when i come to this airport because there is so many things to see. Anyways from 1-10 i will give it an 8.
